I was hotel first time visit ~ Onlin check in , check out easy~ LAX Airport can by city bus ^ Room is clean ^ All nice ^

I had a great stayed & get the room from my requested 100% high floor (3rd) and quiet room

Im really happy with the place, such a cool place to hang out and relax. Great choice of music played in the common areas. There are tables near the pool where you can eat and hang out! Pool water is quite hot, perfect for the cold weather! Our room was really clean. Beds are super comfy, easy to sleep on. No issue with bed bugs, i did not feel any itchy feeling when laying down. Staffs are very accommodating and friendly! There is a restaurant beside the hotel which is run by the hotel too. Food is realy good, price is reasonable. There is a laundry service near the hotel, like a block away from the hotel. You can either walk or take the bus which is one stop away. Target and costco also nearby. There are also a lot of food choices. What I really like about this hotel is the location, very near to LAX airport, around 10mins by driving, 20mins by bus. Highly recommended! I would stay here again if i ever go back to LA again.

The room is big but noise insulation within the room is quite bad. Noise from outside can get into the room. But fortunately, the hotel provide ear plugs.

the staff were amazing, I couldn't ask for better help when I needed a room change, the room I first got sadly was next to the front door, which slammed shut so I got no sleep for 2 days but when I asked the member of staff to change my room, she managed to do it and it was very much apricated! near bus routes, they have security and target nearby which was great, I hope the front door has been fixed as whoever gets that room I had originally, I do feel sorry for them!

I did enjoy my stay the only negative is my room was by the pool and they played music all day everyday. I would start again just not by the pool

I stayed for two nights with my family and there was a complete water shut off for one night which caused immense troubles with our stay and when spoke the management about it the security guard who was working at the night shift intervened and was rude towards us. I have reached out to ******* for compensation for lacking essential amenities like running water and was told that someone at Sonder Lum would reach out to me for compensating me but nobody had reached out. I would completely avoid this hotel if possible.

Its aserlf serve hotel,you even gotta take out your oen garbage,doesnt have self parking,only valet,coffe mechines dont work properly, if ypu need towels ypu gotta go grab them yourslf,they dont even provide room service for cleaning your room,unless you pay extra for it,worse hotel i ever stayed,

We will definitely return to a Sonder property. The process from valet to front desk to check in, check out... A+

No daily turndown service. Turndown actually cost extra, which is insane for any kind of hotel frankly and not advertised on ******* or the company’s website and app. My bed was literally just a top sheet and a fitted sheet with flat pillows, no blanket or comforter at all, which made it hard to sleep at night. The passkey unlocking mechanism in their app never worked for my phone. The walls between rooms were very thin and some of the neighbors I had were very loud in the middle of the night. Overall not a great experience with this hotel and I will never stay here or at another Sonder hotel ever again.

It was good place to stay. It is far from the city center and Hollywood but itc close to the LAX airport

My stay at Sonder Lum Hotel was pretty good. It's a modern boutique hotel across the street for Sofi Stadium and right next to what will be the Clippers new home (to my understanding). I got a great deal on a double room nearly half the price of other similar hotels in that area. Here are my cons/pros: PROS: affordable, modern clean design, mobile key (although there is a learning curve there), friendly staff, Cork and Batter attached to hotel, cool amenities CONS: helpfulness of staff inconsistent - I found the AM front desk associates were more hands on than the PM staff / same with valet - some were lazier than others, even when giving tips smdh / construction starts early AM so at times affected sleep
