Days Inn by Wyndham Indianapolis Northeast

About 15yrs outdated!! Seen roaches! The front service is terrible! They pick and choose who they want to pay a deposit!

Hopefully breakfast can do better

For a hotel I’ve stayed at a few years ago, it’s really gone downhill. Toilet wouldn’t flush sometimes, which would create an odor in the room. Although the signs posted throughout the hotel said no *****, I could smell ********* in the hallways, and the constant vehicle traffic in the parking lot was indicative of drug dealing. Coffee was only available during breakfast. I had cockroaches in my room a few times, and finally, on my last night there, the washing machine broke and delayed my laundry and packing. This used to be a nice place to stay but not anymore. Doubt I’ll come back.

The hotel and area are much different than I remember, but the hotel is an old favorite from 15 years ago, not splashy or extravagant but rooms just big enough to relax and beds comfortable enough to sleep on. Decent place.

Nice enough

This place is a disaster. Do not stay here. The property smells, the hallways are gross. The gym is non functioning, none of the equipment works, the water isn’t hooked up, the lights don’t work, and there is no ac, the gym is just non existent. There is nothing welcoming about this property. I know days inn isn’t the Hilton, but this was 3rd world bad. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. The tv in my room only had 3 functioning channels.

Property in general: exterior, lobby, rooms and hallways need major upgrades. Property looks like it hasn’t seen any significant investment in 20 years. Breakfast was very low budget.

The hotel and property were filthy. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff were genuinely very nice.

First 3 days in the room, which was paid for by my sister, I told several front desk clerks that the room needed to be swept and mopped. Also there was no handle for the hot water in the sink. The first night the air conditioning was not working. The last 3 days I repeated over and over telling the staff about the handle for the hot water. Finally the last day the floor was finally done. As of checkout, the hot water was never fixed. I would have asked for a different room but I'm disabled and had no one to help with my personal items. Not the best sanitary conditions for the breakfast so I passed on that and ate elsewhere. Bathroom light and exhaust fan was connected so when one comes on so does the other. That obviously had a short because it randomly turned on and off at the worst times especially when I was using the bathroom and I would have to turn it back on which the switch was outside the bathroom door. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially for the price that was paid and I have no intentions of staying there again. Also the "Frozen" pizza in the front lobby vending machine is not frozen because they don't have a freezer.
