Dear Courtyard Marriott Management Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was far from the high standards I anticipated, based on the information presented on your website and the reputation of the Marriott brand.
Upon arrival, I was disheartened to find my room in a condition that can only be described as unsatisfactory. The room was not only dirty but also emitted a foul smell that made my stay uncomfortable. This is not what I expected from a hotel of your stature, and it significantly affected my experience.
The cleanliness and hygiene standards were not up to par, which is concerning not only from a guest comfort perspective but also from a health and safety standpoint. It is essential for guests to feel confident in the cleanliness of their accommodations, especially under the current circumstances where hygiene is of utmost importance.
The fact I was charged 427.00 for one night and didn’t even stay in the room for 2 hours, and I purchased the insurance package and still can not even receive a refund or a credit for a different Marriott makes it that much more awful. Marriott has always been a go to for stays for me, so I’m saddened by all of this.
