Such an idyllic and beautiful place surrounded by stunning lakes and lush forests. It was truly a beautiful one night stay that I wish could’ve lasted longer. We will surely be back for a longer stay as there was so much that myself and my son (8) wanted to do like paddle boarding, pedal boats and horse riding too! My only negative was being surprised with a €300 deposit which was not mentioned on the website I booked through (**********). The pod which we stayed in required a bit of maintenance, for example there was a curtain that wouldn’t close because of a missing rope to hold it in place and also the ladder screws on one side were very loose and not too safe and it didn’t feel the cleanest as I did need to sweep the floor myself upon arrival. The last comment would be to offer a fan in the pod as in the hot weather it was quite uncomfortable and being above the river I didn’t want to have the window open all night due to mosquitoes. Despite this we will definitely be coming back to visit again one day and hopefully bringing more family as it’s such a great place, thank you!

This is a great and tranquil place. It's a Mecca if you'd like to learn, improve, practise or simply enjoy horse riding. It is also in close proximity to Eu and other places to enjoy. Do book horse riding activities ahead though, don't just turn up. Accommodation (we had cabin by/on the water) is good, clean and has all the necessary items. Breakfast (€10pp) is just baget and croissants, so perhaps could be a bit more. Overall we enjoyed our stay there, enjoying the nature and the lake. But unless going specifically for equestrian, will choose something different next time.

We booked this for my 2 year old daughter to have some experience with horses at the end of our holiday. We specifically booked this because it advised they are English speaking. The staff here while friendly do not speak English we had to use google translate on the computer in reception. We also had the lessons we booked for my daughter cancelled on 2 hours notice. At the stables we were told it was ‘too hot’ while we stood and watched several French groups head out on horses. We were later told it was due to all instructors being with other classes. We did requested something else to do with the daughter, even just rent a pedalo for the afternoon but was told no. The experience really put a downer on the end of our holiday and left a sour taste. It was hard to watch over 30 French children play with horses and us be told we can’t and not feel like this is because we are English. Upsides are the chalet we stayed in was nice and the location is beautiful.

Alarm beeping all night, passive aggressive elderly lady at the desk, two forks for three, I had to make the beds and was told that it was to save on the costs with the cleaners when wondered about it, teen caps yelling all evening a meter from our «  peaceful quiet lodging », the place has a potential but unfortunately the experience was ghastly. The only peaceful place could possibly be the floating house’s far from the riding spot. Very unpleasant experience.

Nous avons passé un bon week-end dans la goutte d’O. Le cadre est vraiment très beau, logement atypique très sympa. Cependant la prochaine fois nous ne reprendrons pas le repas en supplément. 24€ pour 2 bocaux repas + 2 bocaux dessert que nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié. L’impression de manger des boîtes de conserves… Concernant le petit déjeuner pas génial non plus… nous avions pris pour 2 personnes au final tous les éléments n’étaient pas en x2 à chaque fois (exemple: seulement un croissant et un pain au chocolat). Par contre nous recommandons le petit bar/ snacking sur la « plage » les pizzas sont au top et le cadre est vraiment top!

Séjour très agréable, qui à fait beaucoup de bien à toute la famille. Le personnel très disponible. L'équipement de la cabane sur l'eau était très bien. Petit bémol, il manquait des moustiquaires, car il a fait très chaud la nuit. On renouvellera avec grand plaisir 🥰.

Je ne suis restée qu'une nuit avec ma maman mon chien mon cheval J'étais en roulotte le lit était confortable ! Malgré que tout était complet, c'était calme les gens respectueux Le personnel est sympathique L'endroit est très nature Je reviendrai avec plaisir 😌

Nous avons loué une cabane sur l'eau, le lieu est très reposant, avec une vue magnifique sur l'étang et les animaux (chevaux, canards, cygnes...). La cabane est très confortable, joliment décorée et bien équipée, loin des voisins, on se sent seuls au monde ! Et gros plus : le bain nordique bien chaud, très appréciable par tous les temps. Séjour idéal pour se ressourcer !

L’endroit est reposant, conçu pour la détente. Les enfants ont adoré la roulotte( comme ils avaient adoré la goutte) , la proximité des chevaux, l’espace, les canards et les moineaux les ont occupés au petit déjeuner! La roulotte a un équipement complet, elle est fonctionnelle, propre. La literie est confortable. Nous tenterons la maison sur l’eau
