Wilderness Hotel Juutua

自助式早餐，款式多樣化，有我至愛的三文魚、茄汁豆和麥皮，還有1枱自助制華夫餅(waffles)機，讓住客自己做華夫餅🧇，熱辣辣，非常好味！酒店在River Juutua河側邊，在餐廳和房間都可以看到河邊美景，一流享受！前枱服務員都樂意為我們解答問題，個別還笑容滿面！酒店餐廳(Aanaar)的服務員和食物都達到5星級酒店的水平。上菜時會講解每個菜，它的主菜、配菜和汁是什麼東西！最可惜溫氣機沒有溫氣出，好彩天氣不是太冷。浴室裏面有乾衣用的熱管，濕衣服好快就乾晒！

Ravintolassa olisi suotavaa, että henkilökunta osaisi edes auttavaisesti suomea, koska olemme Suomessa. Henkilökunta oli ihanan ystävällistä ja ravintola tasokas. Huone uusi, siisti, pieni ja ilmanvaihto huono (kuuma) oli pakko avata ikkuna. Jonkinlainen taso sängynpäätyyn olisi hyvä

Located on Lake Inari, the location is perfect for getting back to nature. Our visit during the summer is in sharp contrast to winter and all that affords the snow loving traveller. Saunas are located in the rooms which is a mandatory exercise in Finland. Restaurant is apparently highly awarded in its own right. Given the limited dining options in the environs we had dinner here both nights. They were very accommodating of my gluten free requirements. Service was excellent. Some of our crew used the shared sauna onsite late at night and then went for a midnight swim in the lake. Mosquitos are diabolical in the area so make sure you pack your repellent and use it even when sleeping. Heating in the room excellent.

Hotel is nice and restaurant excellent 👌 .. Old side rooms are little small but it's fine and clean. Restaurant was quite full booked that time at make sure that you book a table at good time before. Other wise excellent location and nice nature on side of hotel, river and cts

This place is a hidden gem. Second time here and we'll defenitely come again. We highly recommend the juutua suite. And what a new Koski sauna!! There were spa atmosphere, amazing place. Perfect place to relax. We ate at the Aanaar - again, and it was amazing - again. Maybe the best menu ever here. The cocktails is best in the whole country. Customer servie was so polite and friendly for the whole stay. You have to experience this place!

Everything was nice but there wasnt warm water in the shower. Had to wait till midnight to get warm water😒 Food at the restaurant was world class.👌

Very nice hotel, great location woth lake views, amazing staff and delicious breakfast. One thing to criticise is the size of the room; it’s very small. I highly recommend the hotel in Inari to anyone looking for a clean, comfy stay in Lapland

This is the second hotel for the Wilderness chain of hotels in Inari, taken over a couple of years ago. It's smaller than the other hotel (Wilderness Inari) but it has had a lot of investment particularly in the restaurant and the bar. The restaurant and the food wouldn't be out of place in a city centre and the offerings are of a high standard. Not everything will be to your taste but all the dishes are beautifully created and the service is excellent. The wine choice is limited but we settled on the local Finnish blueberry wine which was robust enough to compliment the reindeer steak in a red wine sauce. Our package had full board and the food is plentiful and delicious. You could describe the hotel as a restaurant with some rooms. The backdrop to the bar and the restaurant is a winter scene overlooking the wide expanse of the river which flows into Lake Inari. It is a beautiful setting. As regards the accommodation the new owners appear to have opted for a makeover rather than refurbishment as there is a limit the changes they might make with the layout they have inherited with it's jumble of rooms and connecting sections. Accomodation is better in the neighbouring Wilderness Hotel but you wouldn't have access to their excellent restaurant. The Wilderness Juutua also scores with its proximity to the centre of Inari and it's (frozen) lake which meant a number of guests were able to walk out on the lake in the evening to see the aurora. If accommodation is one of your criteria go to the other hotel but you'd miss out on the location and the restaurant. The activities available are the same as the other hotels so not worth commenting other than they are 'must do' including the snowmobiles and snowshoeing. Finally the staff are really helpful and cope with an almost full hotel with charm and friendliness over an intense winter season. They really are the stars along with the food.

Saying that this hotel is great is an euphemism. Everything was perfect. The employees are really nice and thoughtful. Although we arrived at 1 am, they greet us with a nice take away plate of smoked fish and some sandwiches. The rooms are nice and peaceful, and the hotel is so beautiful. Everything is well organised, all of your activities will be scheduled by the hotel and printed out for you. And what about the food ! The breakfast is awesome ! One of the best buffet we ever had, considering the quality and the diversity. Plus, it was different from one day to another ! And the 3 course dinner was so good, so well plated and the waiters were so nice and friendly ! It's a place where you feel so good, a peaceful Hotel to rest after a good day enjoying the the activities and the surroundings. I never felt so bad for leaving a place !
