Astoria Beach Hotel

My name Taiba Naz my stay at astoria Hotel was the best me and my parents were treated very good 👌 👍 😍 🥰 ☺️ 💖 👌 👍 😍 🥰 ☺️ 💖 all the staff especially sarcan in the restaurant yusuf the waiter mohammed chef 👨‍🍳 😋 😀 👌 😄 🙌 👨‍🍳 😋 😀 👌 barash cook and juma the Baker Ibrahim the bar man the technical support man and jb the cleaner 😀 😋 😉 👍 👌 😜 😀 😋 😉 Burhan and all the other cleaners aysha the supervisor 😀 😉 👍 👌 😋 😜 😀 😉 👍 of the cleaners were very very GOOD made me feel like they are my family FOOD WAS GOOD 👍 😀 CLEAN HOTEL i will be coming back here again 😀 👍 😉 👌 😋 😄 😀 👍 😉 👌

Clean rooms but food very poor everything tepid staff don’t speak English what so ever so every conversation was through Google translate when asking for anything so if you don’t speak Turkish not advisable

We were there for 4days and the cleaners only emptied the bins once never cleaned the room or made the beds food was ok drinks not bad

Location was great but only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The rooms were dirty, no housekeeping- 5 days after arriving I had to ask them to empty our bins, change bedding & towels. That was the only time our bedding was changed in 14 nights. Ants all over the dining area next to drinks dispenser, shortage of cups & glasses during dining. Bar area was filthy, limited drinks. Staff were not very accommodating, made us feel more of a hindrance. On our last day we were told to checkout by 12 midday, we asked for a late check out & were happy to pay the fee of 40 euros but we were told the room was not available & there was no where for us to shower before being picked up at 6pm to go the the airport. We were also told we had to leave our luggage in the reception for 6 hours as there was no room for them to put be put in a secure area. The hotel was empty and yet they insisted that the hotel was full. I could see housekeeping had not been to our room as we were leaving the hotel at 5.40pm, so very confused as to why we could not have kept our room until then. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel was in a great location, central to shops and restaurants. Easy to walk to anywhere, and close to the beach. This was a big plus. The downside to the location was the noise as night. Close to a couple of bars, including kareoke. Was very noisy trying to sleep, sound proof very poor. Pool area was nice. Small and cosy which was fine for us. Bar near the pool serving drinks. Never had to queue. Room was modern. Looked nice, had a balcony. Beds where quite hard so a little uncomfy for me but not terrible. Water given daily and has a fridge is handy. Good aircon. Lift to top floor. Food was ok. Not much choice and not much for british but we managed and we also ate out. Staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Especially the older gentleman at meal times, I didnt get his name, he was lovely. The area is great for shopping, lots of good fake shops nearby. Nice restaurants also. We had a turkish bath and did a boat trip. Had a lovely 3 night break.

Çalışanların ilgisi çok iyi ve çok çalışkanlar Nazmiye hanım her işe koşuyor ve çok sevecen biri. muhafazakar sessiz hiç sarkıntılık yaşanmayan nezih bir otel ve her gün odalar temizleniyor tatlı çeşidi çok fazla sadece yemek çeşidi arttırılmalı onun dışında biz çok memnun kaldık müşterilerle veya çalışanlarla kolayca muhabbet edebiliyorsun genelde aileler geliyor zaten ve sıcak bir ortam oluşuyor bi kaç gün sonra insanlar birbirini tanımaya ve muhabbet etmeye başlıyor

Öncelikle Türkiye’nin bir çok bölgesinde pansiyondan, 7 yıldızlı otellere kadar konaklamış bir seyyah olarak yazıyorum bu yorumu. Otele girdikten sonra ilk iş odaya çıkmak valizlerimizi yerleştirmek oldu. Haliyle hava sıcak klimayı açmak istedik ve manzara berbattı klimanın içi küflenmiş ve mikrop yuvasına dönüşmüştü. Yetkili birisine söylediğimizdede “evet ya çözemedik bu sorunu” cevabını aldık. Sonra akşam yemeğini indik ve yemekler asla yorumlardaki gibi değil, lezzetli yemek yiyemessiniz sadece karın doyurursunuz o da ufak tefek şeylerle. Ayrıca restoranda içeceğiniz sağlıklı bir tane bir şey yok; konsantre meyve suları sadece.. Su deseniz paketli su yok restoranda. İçecek konusundada bar kısmında acayip sorunlar var, kendisini her şey dahil diye adlandıran otelde buz yok mesela :) oldu olacak abi oluyor abi buz makinası anca yetiştiriyor abi… bir çok yerde kaldım ve hayatımda ilk defa buz olmaması sorununu gördüm. Yaz tatiline geldik, kış tatiline değil. Buz olduğunda bize içeceklerimizi getirdiler ve içinde buz yoktu ayrı ironi :) ve en mükemmel olaya gelelim havuzda yüzerken bir anda bağırışmalar oldu akabinde otel işletmecisinin bir müşteriye bağırarak bıçakla tehdit edercesine hareketlerini gördük. Dahası var bitmedi yerli ve yabancı konaklamak isteyenler, geç kahvaltıya inmek istedik ve indiğimizde sadece peynirler vardı her şeyi kaldırmışlardı. Onlarca otelde geç kahvaltıya indim böyle rezillik görmedim. Arkadaşa sorduğumuzda abi bana peynirleri bırak geri kalanını topla dediler dedi :) işletmenin çalışma ahlakı ve disiplini cideen yok; bir çalışan çocuk yetkili bir üstüne sinkafli cümleler kurarak yanı başımızda kavga ettiler hatta… Otel tam anlamıyla fiyasko, profesyonel bir çalışanı yok hepsi stajyer çocuklarla dolu, bu kötü bir şey değil ama o çocuklar gelip havuz başında azer bülbül remix açarak bunu otel ses sisteminden herkese dinletiyorlar; profesyonel olmanızı beklemek zavallı bir hareket ama en azından saygılı olunabilirdir. Bu yorumu yerli yabancı herkes okusun dostlarım. Yorumumun silinirse eğer buradan müşteri memnunuyeti yasasına dayanarak hukuki yollara başvururum. Yorumum kalacak ve herkes bu davranışlarınızı okuyacak. English First of all, I am writing this review as a traveler who has stayed in many regions of Turkey from pensions to 7-star hotels. After entering the hotel, the first thing to do was to go to the room and place our luggage. Naturally, the weather was hot, we wanted to turn on the air conditioner, and the view was terrible, the inside of the air conditioner was moldy and turned into a nest of germs. When we told an authorized person, we got the answer "yes, we couldn't solve this problem". Then we went down for dinner and the food is never like in the comments, you can't eat delicious food, you just fill your stomach with small things. İçmelerde denize çok yakın bir otel. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Otelin havuzu da var. Ben kardeşime gidip 4 gece konakladım. Yemekler çok fazla çeşitli ve çok lezzetli. Otelde bir kıyafetimi unutmuştum ben daha evime ulaşmadan hızlıca kargoya verdiler, otel personeli Nazmiye hanım bu konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Kesinlikle önerebileceğim bir otel.
