Agroturismo Can Marquet - Adults Only

We had a splendid and relaxing stay all around. The hotel is also very well located to discover the different villages in the centre and north of the island.

Wonderful experience. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful, staff are great and couldn't do enough for us. Good value for money all round. The hotel is located a few hundred meters from Santa Gertrudis town which has a mix of upmarket shops and restaurants alongside decent affordable places. Very quaint and buzzy with locals. It's within walking distance but there is no pathway along most of the route, so I wouldn't recommend it, especially at night as you will literally be walking on the road in pitch black. A cab cost €7-9 each way and we never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for one to arrive, day or night. The phone operators speak perfect English. A substantial breakfast is provided at the hotel (eggs, pastries, cold meats, coffee etc) and there's a bar menu for lunch (mainly sandwiches), but it's best to go out for dinner, especially with so many great restaurants nearby. We stayed in a bungalow which was like a small chalet, very clean, cosy and safe but low ceilings in the bathroom, so you'll be bending down if you're particularly tall. This wasn't an issue for us however. We were woken up at sunrise some days by sparrows going crazy in the trees above but luckily I had earplugs with me and they didn't go on for long. The other guests were mainly couples and small groups of friends from all over Europe. Everybody friendly. I did spot a sign saying swimsuits are optional but we didn't see any nudists while we were there. The poolside was quiet with no music allowed, ideal if you just want to relax for a few days. A cab to and from the airport was around €30 each way and took 25 mins. Would definitely recommend the hotel and area overall, as long as you're happy to get taxis or hire a car.

This is a hidden gem . Beautiful location and all the staff are amazing . I would thoroughly recommend a stay .

We stayed in the cabins, the bed is perfect, the air conditioning is silent, the bathroom part is not very high but we get used to it quickly. The staff is fantastic! The location of Can Marquet is ideal and located at height. The breakfast is really perfect. We recommend 100%! Le personnel est fantastique ! L’emplacement de Can Marquet est idéal et situé en hauteur. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment parfait. On recommande à 100%! Nous y retournerons sûrement vite.

Super séjour de 3 nuits dans cet environnement calme et serein au milieu de la verdure. Chambre confortable avec tout ca qu il faut ! Piscine très agréable et personnel efficaces, sympas et discrets !
