I can’t rate Ebano highly enough. We had 2 ground floor pool view apartments next to each other for a family of 6. It was absolutely perfect and the staff go above and beyond in all departments. From reception and Luis the Front Desk Manager to the staff in the restaurant/bar and housekeeping. The facilities, cleanliness, setup, efficiency and friendliness are a few things which are top level standard. The location is second to none with shops, restaurants and beach within a minutes walk, a soft play area opposite and one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever eaten at across the road (La Dolce Vite). I honestly couldn’t find fault with one single thing which having taken 3 young lively children is saying something! We will definitely be returning. Thank you 🙏🏻🫶🏻.

Very difficult and unwelcoming hotel. Definitely would not stay here again. If you and your friends want to enjoy your holiday in ibiza I do not recommend staying here. A specific staff member who I imagine is the manager spoke to a friend of mine terribly. I will never return to this awful place.

Excellent staff, so friendly and have really good manners. Beautiful hotel. Unfortunatly the hotel was full of cocky southerners no manners at all, rude to staff rats. Give us english a bad name. Northerners soundest ones there

Stayed here with friends for a long weekend and had a great stay. The rooms are clean with aircon and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Set in a quieter part of Bossa too which is nice during the day, and a 10 min walk to Hi and Ushuaia etc. Would definitely stay again.

My room was not clean and the air conditioning did not work. Was not a very comfortable stay.

We had the best time, again! We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff and management couldn't do enough for us. From the cleaners, to the bar staff, to the incredible desk team - you are all appreciated. We would not want to stay anywhere else in PDB. Thank you all for making our stay so good. Cannot wait to stay with you again next year.

Nice hotel in very popular location. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are nice and new. Every room have a balcony with pool view. Pool vas cold but nice to chill and listen to the music. Near hotel you have a lot of restaurants and shops. 10 minutes walk to the beach.

As others have said, great hotel but from our experience as a couple I think this hotel does host a lot of party go-ers seen as it’s close to big clubs. We knew about this before hand and for the cost and good location for bars as well, it was still a good trip. The groups of people who were there weren’t causing any hassle (plus that was me, about 10 years ago!!) and the hotel manager seemed to do a walk around the pool area often to make sure people were alright. Always clean and tidy, some areas could do with fresh paint as there were a couple of marks on the walls on the balcony and areas that could do with a little repair work as they look a bit tired but overall was fine. Staff from reception to the bar area to cleaners were great. Would deffo stay again if I went with friends!
