Paradiso Ibiza Art Hotel - Adults Only

Wonderful hotel Extremely clean however breakfast was a very big disappointment as all hot items were cold on the hot plates. I Spoke to the staff about this but they said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked if they could do an omelette they said they would go and speak to the chef after a few minutes they came back and said that an omelette wasn't possible. I continued the breakfast with cold items such as meat and cheeses. The chef came out on several occasions to rearrange food at no time did he replenish the hot items Should you wish breakfast at this location do not expect a hot buffet as it will not be hot unless you are present as they are putting the whole buffet out at the start of service. Overall a major disappointment especially with the attitude of the staff.

Let me start with the breakfast this place normally charges £15.44 per person so naturally I expected it to be amazing and top quality I selected the hot food from the buffet and it all looked ok but to my utter disappointment it was all cold not even warm I told the gentleman who was there that everything was cold and whether they could make me an omelette instead at first he said no but then when I insisted that there was no hot breakfast available as it was all cold he went off presumably asking the chef and came back to me and simply said it's not possible and that was it, there was no other replacement of the cold breakfast items whilst I was sat in the breakfast room for at least the next 40 minutes I did see the chef come out and look rearrange but not put anything else out and I thought this was a disgrace as they knew they had cold breakfast items but obviously didn't seem to care I did hear one person say well we can eat something else later and just walked out The hotel itself and the room I booked in was perfect but my stay here which is not cheap was marred by the breakfast experience and the attitude of the gentleman who didn't even clear our plates or glasses away from our table we did it ourselves he seems to just parade himself around not wanting to do anything the guy on reception who booked us in was very friendly and sorted out our heating in the room as it was cold in there so was very happy with that

Absolutely stunning hotel, the decor is amazing with a photo opportunity round every corner. The room was nice and spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff was super friendly going above and beyond with any queries we had. Great location 2 minute walk to the water taxi to get you across the bay. Had a wonderful stay and was able to pay for a late check out which helped with our later flight. Would recommend the hotel to people wanting that Ibiza vibe, prices are Ibiza prices but was good quality so never felt ripped off. Thanks for a great stay ⭐️

Wasn’t a resident, came for a drink in the bar by pool. We felt very welcomed even as non residents. What’s not to like? The outside bar is so cool with a dj ‘upstairs’. Great staff, reasonable priced drinks and unique setting! It’s a young adult crowd, no kids. Fun for a drink/lunch

Fantastic hotel highly recommend!! The staff very friendly ask for Iraia, Unai, and the rest of the team for whatever you need and they will help you with great customer service!! The hotel unlike anywhere I stay before , beautiful colours and fantastic music , great pool , and clean comfortable modern rooms done in an art deco effect . The access to local beaches in San Antonio bay very easy and the reception team will book taxi and give you tour guide on arrival if it’s your first time in Ibiza , This is really helpful. Overall 10/10!!

Loved this hotel, room was great perfect for 3 guests. room was spotless staff were amazing and we didn't want for anything. We didn't know we couldn't use our own towels but nice fresh towels given out each day for the pool. drinks and food very tasty at the poolside service very good. Nothing really bad to say about this hotel. food and drink normal ibiza prices so no comments on this was no more expensive than anywhere else :) The area was quiet in April but was only a short taxi ride to San Antonio about €12/€15 Will be back

This hotel is amazing to look at. Photo opportunities everywhere. The rooms were good, few facilities lacking… such as draws/surface area to get ready. The safe on the floor is very unpractical. Some members of staff were so helpful and happy to speak to you but others could be quite unsociable which is fine. The food and drinks at the hotel were amazing! Couldn’t fault this at all. Rooms were cleaned everyday which was nice with fresh towels. I loved the idea of a pool towel card so get fresh towels everyday. The breakfast was amazing, couldn’t fault it. Hot food and continental food with plenty of fresh fruit. Loved that you could sit outside by the pool to eat. The hotel was good for the few days we were there but I couldn’t stay here for more than a few days due to lack of facilities in the room. Really missed not having a kettle in the room but then again there wouldn’t be anywhere to put it…

Hotel was exactly what we were looking for, something stylish with good transport links to other parts of the island. Hotel was clean and facilities were as stated when booking. Andy’s food and drinks bar by the pool is incredibly overpriced for the type of food that is served, nearly €40 for an average sandwich and a cocktail. Breakfast is €18 per person, if you’re not a big breakfast person then there’s a supermarket opposite selling fresh fruit and bakery items. In terms of the staff 90% were brilliant and were available to help with any queries. However the remaining 10% I did find incredibly rude and unhelpful, making comments about me looking underage when they know full well I’m over 21 (as stated as an adults only resort) as they checked my passport when I arrived at the hotel. Location of the hotel is ideal if you want to visit San Antonio for water sports (or nightlife, but we didn’t visit for that) buses towards the old town and other parts of the Island are also within walking distance from the hotel and are very reliable. Taxi’s can be very hit or miss, in our experience they tend to prioritise trips to San Antonio bars and clubs over journeys to places like the airport.

We have just left Paradiso and got to say its been a fantastic hotel!! We have all loved our stay, loved the vibe, the pool, music, breakfast, staff, the list goes on! Would love to come back one day. Only issue was taxis but there is a good water taxi service just behind the hotel which was actually quite fun to get to cafe mambo.
