Good hotel, breakfast was good Wifi was fast. Have an indoor swimming pool as well

Shower water is very weak and it's difficult to control the water temperature. Breakfast is fine.

酒店房間整潔舒適，住了一個晚上體驗還可以。如果你要去維克小鎮附近遊玩這裏是一個不錯的休息點，酒店也配置了30度恆溫的室外泳池。附近有超市及加油站。

家庭房在一樓，我們住的是角落的房間，通風聲音響，對聲音敏感的人慎選。 還有遮光窗簾有些短，夜裡下面有光。 地理位置還不錯，超市，餐廳都在附近

Tevreden over de prachtige kamer, het was heerlijk schoon en zag er mooi uit. Receptionist savonds was wat kortaf en oogde wat onvriendelijk. De receptionist overdag was een stuk vriendelijker. Daarnaast verliep het ontbijt wat chaotisch en vond ik dat de hygiëne daar beter kon. Over het geheel, heel tevreden over ons verblijf bij hotel örk.

our stay was nothing more than average, okay services, mediocre food at best. The hotel did however offer clean facilities including the pool and hot tubs, although there's always room for improvement as the pool floor was very sharp. not suitable for children in my opinion. However, we were disgusted to find stains on the mattress which appeared to be urine and blood. we were not happy! to sum up, we will not return as our expectations were not met.

Stayed a week as part of our bus trip. Clean comfortable rooms, fresh linens and towels, Many youth groups were also staying but we did not have any noise from them in our area of hotel. Adequate breakfast daily. Clean pools and activity rooms.

Travelled with 4 staff / 4 students (age 16-18) for a Geography field trip. Found the hotel ideal for our needs and students particularly enjoyed the games room, pool and hot tubs as well as communal area in which to relax. Ideal for what we wanted and would recommend to others. Highly likely to return for a future trip as very well positioned too.

The stay is acceptable for a short period, but there are areas that need improvement. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable. The breakfast is okay. there is no laundry and the hotel’s furniture a bit. Location is good. parking is available.

Very good, but with a big caveat--this hotel seems to cater to large tour groups (parking lot has painted area/pickup zones for buses) and this means you can go from a quiet/pleasant seat in the bar/restaurant to suddenly having 50-70 people milling about taking up every square inch of the lobby, bar etc. Our room was very nice, staff was super friendly, but we just weren't so big on the massive crowds that seemed to come in waves. Breakfast buffet was also disappointing--we stayed at 4 different hotels during our time in Iceland and the food options here were very limited. Not a bad place overall if you need a place to stay in that area of the Golden Circle, but we likely would not stay with them again.
