They want extra 400 egypt pounds from us for towel cards

Positive are : The hotel is in the centre of hurgarda, with all the main shops/ bars/ cafes/ nightclubs and the marina in easy walking distance. The layout of the hotel is good with the pools and beach. The food is ok with nice food on the beach lunch time. The staff are friendly and helpful. Negatives are : The place is now old and is falling apart and most of the bathrooms are in terrible condition. The hotel needs major improvements. Then we come to the drinks the beer is cheap and inferior, leaving a nasty taste in your mouth. The spirits are very cheap and burn your stomach. The coffee is cheap instant and you have to pay for water in your room . There are no afternoon snacks and only one restaurant, which can get busy. The price of the hotel is not good value and you will find better hotels for your money.

We recently came back from our stay and would recommend this hotel to our friends and family. The food was ok, my girls really enjoyed the pizza oven by the beach for lunch and the BBQ options in the evening. I especially enjoyed the desserts and cake options. The pool was great, slides were open 11-1 and then 3-4 with breaks for lunch. The staff were really helpful and the service was fantastic. Evening entertainment- we only did the kids club which my 8 year old really enjoyed the singing and dancing. Private beach was great to have for snorkeling. Rooms need an upgrade, but that is reflected in the overall price.

Have been second time here, at our travel agency the price is low. Sea is alway swimmable at the buoys,but there are stones in the sea,so you have to have shoes,or find a way to get there. Otherwise beach is good,and maybe there was half hotel,but always found a place to lay. The same at the pool, everything was OK, drinks seems not to be with artificial sweeteners,waiters OK. Food was a little bit repetitive,but not so much and for a week you always could choose,lunch at the beach also working good enough. No problems from food. Rooms - old,but new (harder) mattresses,cleaned everyday, hot water ok. No bugs etc. No problems with front desk office. What is correct in other reviews - when there is some problem,like with drunk and loud Russians, there is nobody to really pacify them... :-/ Animations ok,but seems to me lack of people there... All in all - for the price it is very reasonable and OK hotel and vacation, nothing to really complain about. If you come,do not come with high superb 5star expectations,and you will have great vacation.

My sixth time in le pacha.Hotel stayed the same over 10years which is great and the reason i go back.all workers are good at their job and discrete.kitchen always supervised and clean.garden beautiful(and always like to see they have planted something new)!love the beach.food is always nice.love their french tost for breakfast.That You Le Pacha for perfect vacation

I just checked in today 26/7/2023 For 3 nights starting from today First of all the hotel very bad ,the is no air conditioning in the lobby and furniture very old and bad , restaurant and lobby no air-condition I will not recommend the hotel for anyone,also reception not helpful

This wasn't my choice of hotel our hotel we booked had structural damage. We were sent to Le Pacha Resort as a replacement this was the start of our nightmare. We were the only British people there the hotel was full of Russian and German and they were so racist towards us. My son who is 13 has never experienced such racial hatred in his life, he became withdrawn and depressed. My sister inlaw was a approached by a Russian man in the swimming pool he asked her in a aggressive manner what are we doing here, this hotel is for Russian and Germans why don't you go to another hotel, My sister inlaw was in shocked. Then while taking part in a belly dancing activities two women one Russian one German refused to stand near her or even hold her hand. The instructor only spoke in Russian and German my sister inlaw just was following what they were doing. We were there for 14 days all the entertainment was in Russian and German not once did the entertainers include us. We felt secluded and isolated. The food was awful it was the same food every single day. I had diraharea for 12 day's I had to go to the pharmacytwice to get medication. We went to local restaurant a few times the food was amazing. Our hotel representative did nothing to change our hotel. I have never been so miserable staying at a hotel. Once we were out of the hotel we were so happy the locals are so friendly. But the minute we were back in the hotel it was a living hell. The staff are friendly but they all turned a blind eye how we were treated by other guess. The last two days of our stay that is when staff members was asking us how we are too little too late. I will never ever stay Le Pacha Resort again. Le Pacha Resort needs to do better they know what is happening at there hotel and choose to do nothing this should not be happening it should not been allowed. Egypt is a beautiful country I would definitely go back but never to this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the garden it is beautiful and well looked after. I took some lovely pictures during the day and at night. Most of the staff are so friendly. Rooms need to be updated . Water slides are awful and is in need of a update.. slide was turned on twice a day for 1 hour only.

Great hotel! We had a rest with my mother in October. The rooms are clean, neat, the view was amazing, to the pool. The food is varied, for every taste. Special thanks to the wonderful animation team! Mustafa, Said, Veronica, Ira, thank you very much for a great vacation! None of the guys lets you get bored, various events in the morning and afternoon. Aqua aerobics is the best! There are different shows in the evening, you won't be bored at any of them! We've been to different hotels, but this one is the best, I recommend it to everyone! You can really relax here!

This used to be my favourite place on Sheraton Road. Rooms are great with spacious balconies. Access to the sea. The main advantage is location in the centre with all the amenities around (supermarket metro with fixed prices, Vodafone, McDonald's, and Marina). I have visited this hotel 9 times in the past. This year, I'm very disappointed with super loud music blasting all day around the main pool. They always used to have not as loud music by the pool with slides, what was fine as you could stay by the main pool and enjoy peace and quiet. That's not a case anymore. The worst part is that you can't complain to anyone.
