再次入住Nubia..孩子們很喜歡，泳池是熱的，大冬天游泳不冷，水上樂園項目不錯，吃的也行，聖誕節有禮物！

餐食很一般，當地酒店平均線以下，但也娛樂性很強了。玩兒的很多，水上樂園很大孩子很開心。房間也很寬敞乾淨。

Un bon hôtel pour enfant, un cauchemar pour les couples. J’ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi bruyant ! La nourriture est horrible, sans compter les pains de bétons qu’ils servent au petit déjeuner. On a été obligés de dormir séparément car si on voulais avoir un lit double il fallait être au Rez de chaussé mais vu le bordel impossible au final on s’est retrouvé au 1 et étage mais je sais pas si entre les portes qui claquent à 4h du matin ou les gens qui crient dans le couloir on aurait pas été mieux au Rez de chaussée. Quant à la salle de bain n’en parlons pas la cabine de douche ne se ferme pas donc douche inondée et le toilette est bancale .. BREF

Hotel is lovely,rooms everyday clean . Good couple of days away to get some sun. Entertainemt staff good and friendly specially animations team I like them and also staff good barman faster and I took beautiful food in restaurant principal also Italian thank you for all gues

We are third day at the hotel- grounds are up to scratch, exterior furniture very tired & dirty- not a pleasant & inviting. Room specious- look like freshly redecorated but without attention to details- not very impressive unfortunately. Lovely beach- again beach loungers & mattresses should end on bonfire . Food experience very inconsistent- we are under impression that we are in vegetarian establishment- no meat options- even when something available usually long queues to get few tiny slices. Dinner time 50% of food gone in 20 min from beginning of the service- not replenished until end. Empty dishes on display- with onion slices & ketchup dots as a decoration . Not a pleasant environment for romantic dinner. Staff in general very friendly & polite- hope lovely weather & warm sea will make for it & our time in Hurghada will bring good memories

Very nice and warm welcome from staff , friendly and they make me feel like at home, fresh food with nice taste, bar staff always happy serving with smile, trip agencies very helpful and honest they make us good deals and advice… definitely we will come back 🤙🏼

Just back from a week at El Karma and have to say I was worried before going about the reviews I had seen and thought about changing hotels...so glad I didn't. This was one of the best holidays I have ever had. I believe negative reviews are wanting the Ritz for the price of a Travelodge!! This place is not Travelodge, it is so much better. The staff were excellent....to name but a few, Temar, the service manager was so funny...hope he has bought some more cows. The guys at the vitamin/ice cream bar (the best iced coffee) and especially Mohammed at the beach bar, what a legend that guy is!! The Italian does the best spaghetti I have ever tasted. Head down to the snack bar on the beach for the burgers, homemade chips and especially the fish. Everywhere was cleaned every single day and all the staff take so much pride in the hotel. Highly recommend the day trip to Paradise Island with the snorkelling, see Mohammed the Sun International rep. The food and drink are standard all inclusive for the beliefs of the country you are visiting, so don't expect a full English, which you can get if you go outside of the hotel to an English owned bar. El Gouna is only 15 mins away in an Uber if you want a meal out...head to Kirvem in Downtown for the best hot stone steak. Even tried Camel😍😍 Cannot leave out Shofty Lofty in the Shisha Bar...what a guy he is🥰

Great place and STAFF MOST PLEASANT AND HELPFULL,staff great at cleaning rooms and and can give you what ever you want when asked to do so, Pools and activities to do are great. Wide selection of food,bars are close to pool,met great people also . First time in Egypt and definitely be back
