Sunrise Alma Bay Resort

I recently stayed in the Sunrise Alma Bay for 8 days and the hotel atmosphere was just great. The hotel staff were so helpful. My room cleaner Ibrahim was so accommodating, friendly and efficient...and an expert in towel art! Emad at the pool bar was so welcoming and the service was excellent. Hamdy and Mohammed in the towel station/by the beach were friendly faces every morning and so helpful. Anastasia in Guest Relations came around to our table every breakfast and was able to action any little requests we had. She was very impressive with her notebook and actioning things so quickly. And lastly, when I asked to extend my room for a few hours (and very reasonable additional cost) on my last day, the Hotel Manager arranged for me to be moved to a suite on the seafront and the concierge Mahmoud was so kind in helping with my luggage and room change. I have been visiting Egypt for 10 years now and this stay has been a highlight for me because of the helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel staff, the delicious food, the pool (one of the best I have seen), and the beach front with pier and lagoona just make it the perfect location. The added bonus is that it is only about 20 mins from Hurghada airport. I would recommend this hotel to families, couples, singles and will definitely be coming back again. Thank you. Ciara

I have experienced the best holiday at this resort due to the service, the location, and especially the staff. Adham and Hesham are the best! They always make sure to put a smile on your face. Highly recommend coming here.

From the moment i arrived to I left, I received the best serice, friendliest from staff. This hotel has an amazing bay on their beach area.. very special.. i thoroughly recommend this hotel. Big thanks to the wow cleaners, animation team, managers, chefs .. cant fault this hotel at all👌

❤️ Dear Sunrise Alma Bay Resort ❤️ My family and I have been here since Saturday and we feel like we are in paradise. 🙏Your welcome at home concept works with us, because we feel extremely welcome. 🤗 The rooms are beautiful, clean, they clean them very well every day. They also prepare nice surprises for us in the room. 💜Congrats to the gentleman Deyaa who cleaning it - he's awesome. Fresh water is added to the room every day. 👌 The beach is very close, warm sea and entire Pool is heated plus slides. Everything is stylishly arranged and clean. The entire resort is maintained non-stop. The staff is amazing. My wife and I travel a lot, but we have never experienced being served like a king. Hamdy and all the team at the pools and the beach thank you for everything. They bring us towels, prepare them for the sunbeds, ask all the time if we need anything. Mohamed Samir and Mustafa thank you. They love our daughters and can relate to them too. Even in the park for children, where there are slides, they work great with children. 😘 We feel like in a fairy tale. Beach bar Chiringuito - great waiter Mahmoud, takes the order and brings it to the sunbeds.👏🍹 The gentleman Mohamed also mixes excellent cocktails at the pool bar Island👏🍹. The chef who prepares the burgers and fries is also very great. At sunbeds they also serve you fresh strawberries, cakes, cocktails... They clean your glasses... Thank you to all the pool staff. The main restaurant offers different and excellent food. They cook on the grill, they cook you fresh eggs and an omelette for breakfast...The coffee is very tasty. What surprises me the most is their approach, because they make you feel like a king. They bring everything to your table, ask how you are. The head chef asks if everything is ok. In the Italian and Asian restaurant, the food is very special, beautifully served and tastes good. We also met the manager of the waiters Abd. Elrahman, who speaks a little Slovenian. He take good care of us. They also speak English well. They have a respectful, pleasant attitude towards us, we have everything we need for a vacation. Because of all this, we decided to come back every single year! Thank you for everything!  The hotel complex is very clean and well maintained. But that was it. The employees are very unmotivated and some of them have no interest. The reception was overwhelmed and didn't have any answers to our questions. Ordering a bottle of wine to the room was almost impossible. The WiFi is very poor throughout the complex. The pool bar staff iscrud and cant mix proper mocktails. This hotel is not recommended.
