Home away from home

Отличный отель! Хороший номер, есть холодильник и чайник, кружки и стеклянные стаканы, чай и кофе. В ванной комнате и ванна, и душевая кабина. Еды много (у нас был завтрак и ужин) и она вкусная! А то в Египте бывает много, но невкусно) Пляж хороший, есть рыбки. Вай фай иногда медленный, зато он есть на всей территории, даже на пляже. За час можно прогуляться от отеля до прогулочной зоны с фонтанами и всякими кафе по набережной или прямо по пляжу. Спасибо, с удовольствием вернёмся :)

It was amazing.....the Hotel, the food, the stuff....we enjoy every Moment there.....especialy Mohamed Khalid was great in the Restaurant.....he made a great Job with a Smile on his face....the rooms are very big and Clean....the Pools are big enough and everyone was nice .we will come again

This place was amazing, we came as a family for a holdiday getaway and that’s how it felt every minute, we gained friends from other guests and also the workers (fekry, Ali and the entertainment team plus many more) they are very friendly and accommodating, we did many activities such as snorkling from the glass boat(camel) , night time entertainment, aqua aerobics and it’s all so family friendly, you have everything you need all around a mini market and different restaurants (the perfume oils are Devine, food is amazing), rooms are very clean and comfortable anything we needed was always just a question away thanks to Ali, on our last night the team helped us celebrate a birthday (fekry) they all go above and beyond, we can’t wait to return love you alll

From the moment we arrived we were looked after late check in but late supper laid on. The room was spotless Huge comfy bed in equally huge room with nice view of the stage where live music was played. The food was out of this world with vast choice of delicious and varied dishes They have a Mexican and Italian which are well worth a visit (You can use them for lunch) The evening meal is lovely. We got chatting to a very charming gentleman called Hanna who told us about the Turkish night the way he described it how could we resist. Beating food to say the least. Soup was beef,seafood or lentil with Turkish bread. The salad was something I've never had made with raspberries wow. Main course another top notch dish Lamb which fell off the bone mixed kebabs variety of flavours The fire show fascinating producing spicey mince We were offered sweet but already been killed with kindness. The belly dancing was great with the customers and staff joining in great night out. The cleaning staff were thorough never stopped. Cleanest hotel I've stayed in. Now to the bar guys Mohammed at the pool kept us hydrated in the heat. Our new best friend (Mac)Mohammed worked in the main bar Beware his Long Island Ice Tea( lethal ) Khalid the pool manager was a host of knowledge about sea and sky. From the start to finish of our holiday we were looked after. Many thanks to all We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

Very good hotel. Entertainment staff were the best part, very friendly, always keen to get us involved in activities such as games, karaoke and lots of planned fun. Me and my family especially have a soft spot for Anthony and Buda. Ruby Bar people were also fantastic, escpecialtk Melad! Amazing people!

The hotel is beautiful, it has lovely views of the beach and the pool from the rooms. We only had a few minor issues in the room but these were sorted swiftly.amy different pools to choose from, one with slides for the kids. Always a vast selection of food, the on site restaurants are lovely. Diving on site is great, our instructor was so comforting for a first time diver like me. Me and my boyfriend spent 2 weeks here and we had a lovely time. The staff were so helpful and very welcoming. The bartender in the mermaid bar on particular was so sweet to us and would always come and say hello and by the end he knew our drink order!

I’ve recently came back from a week’s stay at the Tropitel with my sister. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel! It was amazing holiday from start to finish. All of the staff work very hard to ensure guest satisfaction, and nothing is ever too much for them. They work very long hours but seem to always be there to welcome you like you’re an old friend. A special thanks goes to Khaled, the head team lifeguard. He was always helpful and smiling. Bringing out pillows to the sunbed to make us more comfortable around the pool and generally going above and beyond to help! He’s a credit to the hotel! The pool areas were all exceptionally clean and the main pool was lovely and warm, even on a windy day in March. Special thanks also to Emad and Hedra in the Turkish restaurant- again, both lovely, hard-working members of staff who went out of their way to help, whilst always smiling and friendly. The Turkish meal was absolutely delicious, simply the best lamb and salad that I’ve ever had. Only problem was, I ate so much, I wasn’t too sure whether I’d ever fit back onto the plane to come home! The belly dancer and show-cooking demonstration helped to make the evening extra special. Emad and Hedra encouraged guests to get up and dance with the belly dancer too (if they wanted to) and it made the evening even more fun. The Indian meal was also to die for- we ended up going twice! Both highly recommended and well worth the small monetary cost. The entertainment team were great, especially Deni and Sofie. There was always something on should you wish to join in, but there was no pressure to if you’d rather relax instead. Mansour in the pool bar was always running around to ensure the guests were well catered for and never went thirsty. The food in the main restaurants were great, with a large choice of quality, well cooked foods. The bbq lamb and freshly cooked eggs at breakfast were amazing! I usually get an upset tummy on holiday, especially at All Inclusive hotels, but was absolutely fine at this hotel. Our bedroom was very clean and the housekeeper, Hassan worked very hard and was always friendly. Even opening up the drinks bottles from the mini bar when asked, as we were unable to get them open. We loved the special touches with the towels and flowers! The hotel itself, the grounds and beach were all absolutely stunning and again, all of the staff kept everything immaculate, there wasn’t even a **** to be seen! The snorkelling off the pier was incredible! Words cannot describe just how much I loved my trip, but I did feel that 7 days simply wasn’t long enough to fully appreciate it all! I am now looking at booking to come back with my whole family (for longer this time!), as soon as possible! Thank you all for a holiday that I’ll never forget!

Lovely hotel very friendly staff. Good food , lovely warm pool and free Wi-Fi’s. The beach is beautiful and the gardens are always kept lovely. The restaurants are amazing and the staff go above and beyond for you. Amination team are brilliant and get everyone involved. The cube game with abbey was brilliant , Tata and junior made us laugh everyday . Overall a good stay.
