The property has beautiful landscape , gardens, water rides multiples and more than 8 pools to jump in. They kept price very reasonable with all inclusive deal which is the best deal u can find !

Everything ofal about this hotel. Food is discusting. And repetitive THIS HOTEL IS ONLY FOR EGYPTIAN GUESTS!!!!! INTERTAINMENT IS DIRE!!!! my 12th time in egypt and will never do hawaii hotels again daughter was assulted outside hotel. The she was cut with nails on waterslide mohammed the girly life guard laughed and he loves to know all your buisness asks noisy questions.managers mehdat and manager baldy salah told my daughter it was her fault she was assulted and was no assistance to her injurys from waterslide he told me to f**k off. Very unprofessional manager who cant handle pressure. Told me they dont do accident form How he is a manager i dont know manager ahmed was very helpfull at times. Wasted in this hotel. As he does his role well. Salah and other mehdat told me what you want its only very small you could fall down outside and get hurt.really dont understand mentality of these men completely brainless shame on you and this hotel.

The worst hotel in hurgada , the rooms is big it's dirty, the restaurant was very bad and not organized, the staff were rude. I made many problems with staff because the attitude I don’t advise anyone to visit this hotel

The food was average although had a bad belly for a week, drinks were flat and warm and entertainment for what we paid was terrible, room was ok besides hairdryer falling off wall, no milk for our daily coffee, view was spectacular and the outside area pools etc were amazing, staff are very friendly, rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels in bathroom but definitely won’t stay there again

Good: - Aqua Park is great - The hotel has a lot of swimming pools - The beach is great Bad: - Rooms are poorly maintained specially the hotel is 4 years old - Stuff is not friendly - Food is a lot but repeated everyday and poorly cooked - Too much noise from animation team

Very bad Experience Very dirty very crowded The resort was very very dirty , the swimming pool is having a hair inside it , se doors are broken , and the escalator is dirty and open boffie is not delicious

Will never go back, outside pool areas etc were lovely, some sun beds needed upgrading, swim towels supplied, food was poor, room ok and view amazing, was sick for the first week then didn’t eat much food as went into Hurghada to find a decent restaurant

Please avoid this hotel ! I don’t even know where to start. Everything is bad apart from the room cleaner who was nice. You will hardly get any alcohol and be judged for asking ! You will get sick. Loads of children will constantly push in front

Serious incident which I cannot discuss on here except to say unsafe for women. Was reported to Police and investigation is ongoing. As to what I CAN say: -drinks tiny and bad quality. Run out by 9pm ! -rude reception staff -children running riot up and down the stairs, in the lifts, in the restaurant -tried to charge us for being literally 1 minute late for check out, they said 10 minutes! Then the guy came at us with his scissors to remove the bands without saying a word -hygiene in public areas a major issue -rooms are quite clean but toilets don’t flush enough -plates of food covering the corridor that other quests put outside their rooms left for hours
