Titanic Beach - Families and Couples Only

Arrived 19th Dec for 1 week. Check in ok. Booked a swim up room, which was a mistake as water is ice cold, too cold to hold my foot in it for more than 10 seconds. Room was very dated but cleaned well each day. Pool areas ok but only 1 heated, others ice cold. Aqua park - good selection of slides but again very dated & some closed. Games room, bowling ok but billiards etc are very old & in poor condition. Food - very repetitive, very little choice, really not good. We tried the Mongolian which we liked, apart from the soup, which was like fish water, Italian was ok, Lebanese wasn’t bad but the Grill was terrible, there were some major food safety issues, picking up raw chicken to put on your grill & then using the same tongues to pick up cooked beef & put on plate to eat. The beach is good, very shallow for approx half a mile until deep water. The pier goes right out until it reaches the deep water & has steps down to snorkel. We were there over Christmas, Christmas is celebrated Christmas Eve with a gala dinner, the tables were decorated nicely & there was a huge choice of different foods available but the queues were very long. Huge selection of desserts. There was turkey but nothing else you would have on your Christmas dinner at home. The gala dinner had two sittings 6.30 & 8.30 & needed to be booked, you were encouraged to buy wine for your table, which was very expensive. There was then entertainment inside, which s table had to be reserved & in order to reserve a table, an expensive bottle of wine needed to be purchased. There was no other entertainment on any other evenings apart from a speaker. IMPORTANT- please be aware that there is renovation work being carried out, we which we were not aware of at the time of booking. We had scaffolding outside our room, plasterers rubbing down walls directly outside our room & painting going on, which I’m sure could have been organised around guests to cause them minimum disruption, however it was never communicated. They were also using our floor for storage for sofa’s being replaced on upper levels so we also had to get through these to get to our room. Everywhere was very dusty due to the sanding of the walls, which entered the room & the floors were thick dust outside Summarising this week - we made the best of it. Would we go again or recommend this hotel- absolutely not. At checkout we were never asked if our stay was good, so I would have to assume - no one really cared either way.

We are a family of 5, children aged 15,13 & 11. First impressions on arrival, beautiful lobby area, lots of staff. Reception staff okay however spoke very little English. Not much info given regarding meal times / where things are etc.. this would have been useful. Room was a good size and they very quickly bought a 3rd single bed as the room only had 2! The room was very clean, comfy and spacious. Minibar stocked up with water, Sprite & Coke which was re filled everyday. Pool area, lots of different pools available, loads of sun beds, some with shade some without. It does say not to reserve sun beds but everyone did. We found going down about 6.30/45 was a perfect time to get the sun beds we wanted. Towels are available when you check in, you get given towel cards. Bars- lots of staff so you get served quickly however we felt the choice of alcoholic drinks was very limited. No Malibu, disarrono or equivalent. If you like beer and vodka you’re fine! They do provide snacks by the pool bar area at 3pm, usually hotdogs and chips which were nice. Unfortunately no ice cream or anything for children throughout the day. Food- there is the main restaurant, here you can get breakfast - this was great, lots of choice and by far our favourite meal of the day. Lunch- very repetitive hot foods, most didn’t look appealing. Lots of salads which were nice, soups and bread rolls on offer. Dinner - just the same food as lunch, no different and very repetitive. My children lived off chips for the week. Desserts for lunch and dinner were okay, mainly cakes that look very pretty but tasted the same. There are other restaurants which you can go to that are all included, so no extra cost. Chinese- no need to book, it opens at 6pm but I recommend you get there at 5.30 as gets very busy and only limited tables. We went here twice, the first visit we had a great experience however the 2nd time wasn’t as great. They missed parts of our order and even when asked they still didn’t bring it over. Not many staff so had to wait a long time for drinks etc. Italian - you need to book this at the table at the bottom of the main stairs in reception at 10am everyday. Good size portions, good choice on menu and very friendly staff. Grill - you need to book, we were really looking forward to this but we’re quite disappointed. Hardly any choice of food, which you have to cook yourself. Very little salad and pudding. Came away very hungry.. so had to go back into the main restaurant to get something else to eat. Great little coffee shop (included) upstairs just near reception. Loved the cappuccinos there. Staff, some lovely staff, huge shout out to young Mohammed who works in the main restaurant. He was amazing and was super helpful and friendly. We will really miss him as he really made our holiday very special. Not so happy with Hossam on reception, we asked for his help on our last day. He came across very unhelpful and rude. Animation team - this was okay

We visited the Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park in February 2024. As a well travelled couple who have been all over the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels, we were very happy with our experience. It has everything for a great week in the sun during the winter months. The hotel is large, yet is able to cater for the many guests. The rooms were well appointed, with air con and a fridge bar. The choice of food is excellent. The staff are really friendly. Swimming pool facilities are first class with the bonus of a short walk to the beach. Great value and we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you.

Excellent clean and fantastic staff. Cant fault this place. Its massive literally has everything you need. All the food is nice and a lot of choices. Every cuisine is available. There are shows for familys aswell ie aladin etc. really can not fault it at all. Would deffo come back

We have just got back from a week in this hotel, we took my two granddaughters age 11 and 8 , we had a family room and it was good , the cleaning was done daily to a good standard, we spent most of our time done by the Aqua park , Be very careful it’s extremely slippery even with pumps on , children’s pirate pool very dirty, water looks very cloudy, not enough sun beds to go round , towels reserved them from 6am , very dirty on walkways round pools , the food is the worst I have had to eat ever and I have been coming to Egypt for 20 years , the beach restaurant, food cold , same food eveyday slopped out , staff not interested the place packed out queue out the door .main restaurant, food cold , dried up , staff rude , not interested, we all 4 got food poisoning really bad , went and so the customer relations person (Not Interested) I would never stay at this hotel again ,any questions, feel free to ask!!!

I stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed it. The food was amazing, so varieties of international cuisine, my room was cozy and clean every day. The animation's team was gorgeous! They took care of us and program everyday was exciting. I'm thinking to come back again with my kids. Because for them is here plenty of adventures.

I went to this hotel in April 2024 with my family of 11 people, we absolutely loved this place, the service was fantastic at the bars, pool & restaurants, some of the really special people there are Mustafa & Mohammed around the pool, Whalid at Raed at the restaurants and Ali at the top bar, these guys really know how to make you feel special & make your holiday the best experience possible! The food here is good, the facilities are excellent, the spa and hairdressers are also good, we booked a few excursions too with the lads around the hotel & they were all excellent. Fantastic holiday & highly recommend this place.

The hotel is very clean, everybody are very kind and helpfull. Food is delicious. We reccomend it for everybody (also with kids). Hotel has a lot of pools and beach with sunbeds, beachbar and long promenade with descent into the water with coral reef

I was positively surprised for a big territory and that it is combined wiht another hotel Titanic Palace. Kind staff, many pools, great atmoshere, many activities. Happy to stay here with kids. Clean rooms, nice territory, many games for kids,
