The check in was less than 5 minutes and was really personable. The room was a lot bigger than what was anticipated and my 3 year old loved all the room she had to run around. The room did have a smell of stale cigarettes when it was supposed to be non smoking. Could tell that it was dated but still nice. Daughter did find a beer bottle lid and a receipt that was over a month old. Parking lot was tiny and a very tight fit. Breakfast was small but good. The late checkout of 12pm made it very convenient. Overall would stay there again without hesitation.

I enjoyed the hot tub in my room. The staff was friendly and the the Breakfast was great. Definitely will stay again.

Room was half cleaned but not finished. Sofa was halfway out all drawers open tv and lights still on. We didn’t enter but went for manager. Bed was not changed Mr Johnson at desk was more than helpful and kept apologizing. He got us all clean bed covers but housekeeping went home so we had to make up the beds. Exercise room and pool were closed which we wanted to use.

The pool and hot tub were emptied and not useable. We were put in a 1 bedroom plus pull out. Which the one bedroom didnt have a door. We were also put by the elevators and it was noisy all night.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel common areas and rooms were very clean. The only downside was the pool and fitness center were closed.

Pool and fitness were closed which is one of the entire reasons we booked here, now they did upgrade us to a room that had a whirlpool tub to try to make up for it and that was an awesome gesture, however the jets did not work on tub and when turned on red feathers and fuzz came out…. I’m assuming a previous guest had some fun and it clogged up the jets while I’m sure this is an extremely rare occurrence trying to take a nice hot bath to then have feathers and fuzz all in your water was not pleasant and definitely ruined the experience of relaxation I was trying to have.

Excellent property, great location! Loved the convenience of everything within minutes. Nice rooms, very clean and ample space. Nice having a suite with lounging space with its own tv separate from the bedroom and tv as well. I appreciated having a microwave and mini fridge with mini bar area, great touch! Overall fantastic experience we will return!!
