It is located at a convenient place. Close to MD Anderson etc. The service is OK but not excellent.

聖誕度假有幸入往了營業最後2天即關門歇業的酒店。入住時前台還交待早餐供應到9：30，結果第2天早餐沒了！問前台説第2天要歇業了所以沒早餐了，通知早已發送叭啦叭啦…幸好是大平台預訂的酒店，雖然影響了些行程和心情，但是攜程海外管家極其負責，人生地不熟的番邦異地就是強大後盾，在此再次感謝管家小清！

房間乾淨衞生整潔，床鋪鬆軟舒適，就是酒店有點老舊了，早餐也比較簡單

還行，整體還行，有些長者來看病，住在酒店

還不錯，停車也方便

我就是奔着免費停車去的。離中國城遠，想吃好吃的得開車開半個小時。房間很老，有能吃飽的免費早餐。不過，就這價格，還包含停車費，含早餐，還要啥停車費啊。不過話説，休斯頓帶孩子玩，是真沒啥可玩的。我是因為拒絕了休斯頓的job offer，想去看看自己沒去後不後悔。

很便捷的地方

I have been to numerous Hotels, but few with the level of personal attention, from employees toward guest experiences. The Hotel is clean, and neatly decorated. Location with parking is a reward downtown, and their Security is apparent, here. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms stocked with items, and housekeeping was diligent. I came for MD Anderson Cancer care, and a bit of respite, which I found here during my week's stay. The breakfast is substantial, and varied. The choices were voluminous and of quality. The beds were comfy, the pillows just right, and I looked forward to interactions, with their friendly staff. As a solo traveler, safety is of paramount importance, and "SureStay," delivered in every manner. I look forward to my return next month, and feel gifted to have found such a friendly vibe, in a busy city. Great job by all (!) and your shuttle bus to Medical facilities, made my visits carefree! Look no further, if needing an exceptional stay, and a value unmatched elsewhere! Shout out to, Michelle, Jessica, Jaylin R., Candace L., EvelinT., Griselda H., and Driver, Chris. Were looking for an affordable place to stay for a family of four. Very good experience & stay, friendly staff. free breakfast with a variety of choices. Affordable pricing.Would strongly recommend if you have to manage your budget.Cleanliness on par with other more expensive places.

In short, do not go here if you have any other options. I booked a queen suite for our family of 5 because our usual hotel was booked, but we left immediately and did not stay. The room we were given smelled like smoke and air freshener to mask it. The couch and other furniture pieces were filthy and peeling. The sink was actually coming off the wall. I was expecting a budget, no frills hotel stay, not gross smells and broken furniture. My husband requested another room and the next one smelled badly of mold/mildew, so we left immediately .This whole place needs to be gutted. This should have been priced at $40/night to reflect the condition of the hotel.

Do not stay here if you have any other option. I made the mistake of quickly booking here, thinking it would be an ok hotel because it was in the same price range as other hotels in the area. I was very wrong, this hotel has a sever mold problem. Read some of the other review that say the same thing. Our room reeked of mold and mildew. It was not a subtle smell but immediate and overpowering. My wife immediately started getting a headache from the mold. I immediately could feel my sinus pressure building from an allergic reaction to the mold. We could not stay here even one night. We left to another hotel a block down that was the same price but was actually really nice instead of a complete dump. I have stayed in plenty of cheap hotels in my life they are generally basic but fine. This hotel is by far not just the worst hotel, but the worst building I have ever been in. It should be condemned. And to top it off it is not even cheap.

Very friendly and helpful front desk lady that checked us in clean rm smelled good it's close to the hospital we had the appts housekeeping greeted us everytime we saw them would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends good rates

Not fancy but clean and reasonably priced . Very convenient to the Houston Medical district. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Transportation to nearby medical facilities is available. Convenient to other Houston visitor sites.
