TownePlace Suites Houston I-10 East

I stayed at this hotel for about a month plus. I was well take care of my the manager’s. Jose was really helpful especially when I needed information. It’s in a quiet safe area. Clean rooms. I enjoyed staying there. Another good thing to note is that it’s not too far from everything. Malls, gas stations, restaurants etc.

They do not clean the room and want to charge an additional $25.00 daily to clean. The breakfast is by far the absolute worst breakfast of any hotel. Most hotel breakfasts are not great, but this is the worst. I could not eat a single day it was so limited and bad.

No soap in lavatory. Toilet holders falling off the wall, horrible experience.

My family drove in from Dallas for Chris**as and stayed at this hotel. It was a convenient location, near my home and downtown. The front desk staff was wonderful and welcoming. The room was clean and very spacious. I will have my family stay here at this location in the future for sure.

I would not recommend this property to anyone, I checked out early from Towneplace Suites at 10507 East freeway Houston, Tx due to the quality of my stay. My second morning there, I found a large cockroach in my bathroom. I informed the front desk about it and asked to have the cockroach removed while I was working during the day. Upon returning I found the cockroach still in the bathroom. I requested a room change, and was told there were no rooms available. At this point, I was put in touch with the property manager Mario and was told I could get a room change and an upgrade the next day. Once into the new room (which wasn’t an upgrade) I found the bathroom shower to be extremely dirty. Later that night I found two smaller cockroaches in the bathroom. I checked out two days early from this property, and asked for a refund for my stay, and they said because I booked through ******* they would have to contact the property about a refund. However, ******* hasn't been any help in even contacting the property. So at this point I paid for two extra days that I didn't even stay at the hotel, as well as the not being compensated in any way for the inconvenience of my stay there. As I stated earlier I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Great place to stay!!

New hotel located about two blocks from freeway so there is less traffic noise. Our room was clean, quiet and had a refrigerator, dishwasher, small sink along with rudimentary kitchen items. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nothing special, but the area was clean with adequate seating. We will defiantly stay here our next visit to Houston.
