Absolutely diabolical. Total sham. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I've personally never experienced anything this bad. Instructions for entry are confusing. It's all about making as much money as possible while offering as little as possible. TOTAL RIPOFF.

I can comfortably say this is the best hotel i have ever stayed in. The fact there was no TV meant we had to talk to each other. The upside down socket were a qwerk that i think will catch on. And the fella slamming the door over and over again at 11pm when i was teying to goto sleep reminded me of home in the ukraine. Best holiday ever i didnt want to leave the room

I can’t give this place any stars … do not book ! I booked I was then asked for more money and signature. They would not give me my money back when I asked to cancel immediately after booking! Avoid its a scam

Honestly this is the worst place ever. First I was told I couldn’t get into the house without paying the holding deposIt. Also they don’t reply on time. They are really bad and to be honest very terrible

First of all , i would never call this place a hotel as there is no one physically there to guide us on how to check in. The rooms are untidy and the furniture + door handles are severely damaged. Accidentally broke a key and was charged an hefty amount of £50, that key is not even worth £0.5. Would never ever go to this garbage nor recommend anyone.

Terrible paid on *********** Traveled by train 6 hours and a taxi no one answered the phone so I could not get into the property got text saying pay a £25 deposit ontop of the £70 I paid had to get another taxi to go to a proper hotel This is just a house no contact number on the door or instructions on how to get the keys The contact number I had no one answered Stressful day travelling then had to pay for a good hotel so wasted all my time and money I will be contacting *********** and I will try to get them removed from the site So no one else has to go threw this

Absolutely terrible the place smelled ov damp the room we were in the window wasn't locked properly it said it was a double bed it was 2 single beds pushed together just looked dirty taps in the downstairs bathroom were coming off the sink the floor tiles were all coming up the property makes out it's like a hotel near the airport nowere near the airport cost us £80 to get to and from Heathrow Terminal 4 in a taxi there was people running up and the stairs screaming threw the night was a pure nightmare avoid be cheaper to stay in a hotel at Heathrow

The communication was terrific. The price was good. Very affordable. The beds and accommodation were as promised. The shared bathroom was okay, but of course private is always better. The entry was fine for us, but challenging for other guests. The transport before 5am required a taxi but after 5am it was easy to use the bus and tube. The staff were helpful with transport.

Awful experience, avoid avoid avoid. This is not a hotel, but a worn out house with some questionable rooms available. Indoor smells like a mix of mold and chemicals. We stayed there for 10-15 minutes, tried to call for a refund with no success and still decided to find somewhere else for our visit. Worst travel experience I have ever had.
