The best hotel I have even seen🥹 100% sure I will visit again. For location, it is a little bit far from the city but you can request them to drive you to the place you want anytime. It is never a problem for location and help saving travel time and cost!! The room is wonderful, it is very large and you can get everyting you need at room. There are private onsen in all rooms. The best thing for this hotel is the food!!! All things are delisous. As there are 4 rooms only in hotel, you can enjoy your meal quietly and slowly in restaurant, never bother by others. I am so surprised that I pay little for this outstanding service, room and food quality. Everyone should check this out:)

A Perfect Blend of Tradition and Comfort in Kyoto During my recent stay at Saka Hotel Kyoto, I was immediately struck by its peaceful surroundings and inviting atmosphere. Located in the charming Higashiyama neighborhood, it offers an ideal launching point for discovering Kyoto’s historic sites. Despite being so close to famous temples and shrines, the hotel maintains a tranquil setting that feels worlds away from the bustle of the city. From check-in onward, I was warmly welcomed by the professional and attentive team. Their devotion to creating a memorable guest experience was evident in every conversation. Whether offering sightseeing suggestions or promptly assisting with any need, they made me feel completely at home. My room showcased an attractive fusion of modern design and traditional Japanese elements. Soft earth tones, tasteful décor, and well-chosen furnishings created an atmosphere that was both chic and peaceful. The spacious bathtub, in particular, stood out as the perfect place to unwind after wandering Kyoto’s centuries-old streets. Although I didn’t have a chance to sample the hotel’s dining options, every other aspect of my stay was faultless. The exquisite decor, the serene environment, and the staff’s unparalleled service exceeded all my expectations. If you’re seeking a sophisticated, relaxing retreat that still allows you to easily explore Kyoto’s rich cultural heritage, Saka Hotel Kyoto is an excellent choice.

We took a taxi to this location because it was a little too far by bus, and we had all of our luggage with us. The location is beautiful. If you're only staying for one night like we did, then you should check in at the earliest (3:00 pm) so you can explore the local area. There are some really nice shrines nearby. We were only able to do this after breakfast the next morning. We also had to be out by 10:00 am, which surprised us because it was listed as 11:00 am on Trip.com. You will be served traditional Japanese cuisine for dinner and breakfast. They do an excellent job of presenting all of the dishes, and the service is also incredible. But if you're not used to eating raw fish, or traditional Japanese cuisine in general, you should definitely bring your own snacks to eat in your room! We stayed in the Garden view room with tatami mats. The staff will actually rearrange the room for you during dinner and set up your beds if you select this room. That was a very nice touch, so make sure you don't leave your room a total mess before dinner! I have added a picture of the beds after they were set up. The garden view was well worth the money we spent for it. Very relaxing and beautiful. And surprisingly enough...the tatami beds were super comfortable and warm!

Service: Fantastic! Staff are extremely helpful and kind, thank you! We're offered welcome drink and dessert. Staff even helped to bring our luggages to the room. Facilities: Great! Very quiet and private. Everything in the room are complimentary :) Room: Everything's great! Onsen in room is nice! To improve: Have more hooks/space to hang clothes will be even better. Bed is too soft to our likings. We didn't use the chair in the shower area too..

Thực sự thích ở tại Khách sạn Ala Kyoto. Phòng đẹp, thoải mái, rộng hơn so với các khách sạn Kyoto thông thường. Nhiều cửa hàng và nhà hàng xung quanh khu vực nên rất tiện lợi. Và một bãi đậu xe lớn n*** cạnh khách sạn. Ngoài ra còn có phòng tắm công cộng onsen với nhiều buồng tắm vòi sen ngồi. Họ có nhiều loại bữa sáng. Và một DONKI cách đó 2 dãy nhà. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu tôi đến Kyoto!

This is a hotel in a good location, but the hot spring is small and crowded. Here's the main issue: I asked a hotel staff member for chopsticks in the evening, and he told me to get them from the B1 floor, but there were none. After that, there was no one at the front desk. They were very unfriendly. They kept calling to check out in the morning, calling twice.

Absolutely beautiful newly opened hotel, staff are friendly and hope. Amenities needs to be improved, eg, meal exquisiteness, Onsen signage and so on

Nhà khách được thiết kế theo phong cách truyền thống 😍 chủ nhà đã hướng dẫn và đưa chúng tôi đi tham quan, rất lịch sự và thân thiện. Nhà khách có một số quy tắc, ví dụ như giữ im lặng, tạo nên bầu không khí thư giãn hoàn toàn. Phòng sạch sẽ, khăn trải giường mới, có hướng dẫn cách trải futon. Chúng tôi được phát yukata và áo len ấm, khăn tắm và đồ dùng để tắm rửa và đánh răng. Có cả máy sấy tóc nữa. Có hai suối nước nóng, nam và nữ, họ luân phiên nhau vào mỗi suối. Khi chúng tôi đến, suối nước nóng mở cửa đúng giờ, nhưng vẫn đủ thời gian để ở lại. Bồn nước nóng thật tuyệt vời, ngoài trời, xung quanh khu rừng. Cấm chụp ảnh và quay phim trong khu vực suối nước nóng. Xin lỗi vì đã vi phạm quy định, nhưng tôi muốn ghi lại vẻ đẹp này vào lúc không có ai ở đó. Điều duy nhất tôi thấy thiếu là một chiếc ghế dài ngoài trời cạnh suối nước nóng để có thể giải nhiệt và ngồi lại trong nước nóng. Nhưng có lẽ đây chỉ là thói quen thuần túy của người Nga. Chúng tôi rất hài lòng với kỳ nghỉ tại nhà khách này.
