Adequate at the price. There isn’t an in-house restaurant which is slightly disappointing but the inn next door provide a decent breakfast and evening meal if required.

Lovely place to stay Adele on reception as always got a smile, Adele is always friendly and always asks "how your days been", nothing is too much trouble. Lovely room and comfortable bed. Room serviced when asked. WiFi quite bad. But cannot fault the hotel Credit to Bolton West.

Every time we stay here, the staff are fantastic! Friendly and welcoming each time, nothing is too much trouble, adn they go out of their way to help/provide information when we've asked.

Great hotel to stay in, the pub next door for food is very reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and nothings too much trouble for the receptionist, Adele especially made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend. We will be back when working in the area again.

The staff here were lovely. We were greeted on reception by the lovely Adele. Who made us feel very welcome. There was another lady on reception who was very friendly too. Very helpful and professional staff. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. We weren’t in the room much because we were staying there for an outing close by with family but our stay was great and would definitely return.

Lovely hotel. Massive shout out to Adele on reception who went out of her way to help us. We were on a charity walk and Adele went way beyond her duties to help us with our stay. She is a credit to the company and can’t speak highly enough of her. Thanks Adele

A difficult trip for a funeral made so much nicer by the kindness of the amazing staff who went the extra mile to ensure we felt cared for

The good: Clean, comfortable room (except temperature), friendly staff and plenty of parking. The bad: It was 23 degrees the day I stayed. The room was incredibly hot - 26 degrees at 11pm according to the thermostat in the room. There was a fan but this only helped a little. They need to put solar film on the windows or better still install air conditioning. Breakfast at the Beehive pub next door was very average. No fruit salad/berry mix and they only had instant coffee so I paid for what I hoped would be a decent coffee at the bar then had a long wait whilst the machine warmed up. I wouldn’t chance an evening meal here - there’s a shopping plaza about a mile away with a really good choice of places to eat.
