Eigentlich wohnen wir immer gern in der Mitte der gerade besuchten Orte. Im Falle von Horb erwies sich die an sich ganz hübsche Oberstadt als so tot und verlassen, das uns dies nicht reizvoll erschien. So kamen wir zum Forellengasthof Waldeck und waren sofort angetan. Schöne ruhige Lage, sehr freundliche Begrüßung, das angebotene Zimmer ausgesprochen geräumig und gut möbliert. Alles picobello. Sofort klar war auch, dass wir dort zu Abend essen wollten. Und auch das haben wir nicht bereut: Die geräucherten Forellenfilets als Vorspeise köstlich und die fangfrischen Forellen danach hervorragend und auf den Punkt genau gebraten. Und preiswert war es auch. Am Frühstück gab es dann am Morgen auch nichts auszusetzen. Also war alles top, und im nächsten Jahr kommen wir wieder!
