Hotel location wasn’t great, but within the hotel it’s alright and acceptable.

Very bad experience with Florian hotel. This hotel charge early check-in(which I haven't charged by other hotel before), and no shuttle bus, terrible experience.

I went there with my son daughter baby and my wife it was amazing and specially the rooms specifically the beds they where really comfortable to sleep in and my son loved the room the lobby was great too even my wife liked it and I would 100 procent go there again every holiday

A very stylish hotel near the airport (2 bus stops to be exact). The bed was comfortable, bathroom stylish and facilities to keep luggage as we arrived early. I suggest you buy a pass at the airport as public transportation is expensive. A bus ride from the airport to the hotel costs €6.50 one way if you buy a pass on the bus.

Arrived late at night, in the pouring rain. Had a lot of trouble figuring out the buses to get to the hotel then had to drag my luggage in the rain through construction to get there. Once inside we were greeted and checked in. The room was super dark and like a concrete box kind of. Bathroom was odd. No shower door or wall of any kind. Never seen that before. It was ok but I was glad to only be staying one night.

Had an unexpected stay over at this hotel after flight was cancelled. Hotel is clean, modern and quite funky! Breakfast was superb. The only downside for me was the wash basin in the main bedroom - would have preferred it to be with the toilet … not so bad if a couple but I was with my son, so not the best set up for us (there is a pull across net curtain as a shield though).

Room (rating 2/5) : room space poorly designed & under-utilised. No table storage in bathroom on the "plentiful" walls & nooks. WET FLOOR : Bathroom shower cubicle glass door copiously leaks water through door gap onto floor (*photo can't be loaded) -- constant slip hazard! had to waste floor towel to mop up after every shower Poor housekeeping : bath liquid & basin hand liquid were already nearly finish and not topped up even after 2nd night. On asking at the Recep, was given a bottle of Hand Wash - photo* ("we use this for hand wash AND for shower & hair") On 4th day, the bottles on the walls were replenished -- and both liquids were clearly not the same (in texture and color). OBVIOUSLY NOT CLEANED : Poor housekeeping : Even after the 4th day of stay, the original pre-existing VISIBLY uncleaned floor under basin -- remains uncleaned. (*photo). And was like that even on our 7th day. Poor housekeeping : one of us had dry chap lip, bled onto the pillow. Although the blood stain was visible, the pillow cover was not changed. "You have to request for change or otherwise we change it every seventh day or upon check out" said 1 recep, but the other fellow recep offered 3 times to come up to change it (good service! - but we declined as that's not her job; it's just poor housekeeping & poor quality check by hotel management.) Proximity but costly (3/5) : might be just 2 bus stops from Schiphol Airport by bus 300 or 397 -- but each ride is 3.90 EUR; which need to be added up further to go to Amsterdam Centraal station

We had a lovely one night stay here. Very easy to get to from airport and a short trip into central Amsterdam. We stayed here as it’s close to the tulip gardens so we were able to travel from here easily. The rooms were lovely, separate shower and toilet and mind you a very big shower which was great. Nice, big and comfortable bed. Room service available too! Staff were friendly and helpful and overall very well thought out - bikes and umbrellas available to rent.

We stayed here 3 separate times while traveling in Europe. While not their fault, the road construction in front of the hotel makes things difficult. It is an easy 5 minute bus ride from the airport (hauling bags up and down a staircase to get to the bus stop), but it was difficult for us to get very close via Uber, and either way you tote your suitcases through construction zones to get to the hotel. There are stairs to access the entrance. The receptionists were always friendly and welcoming, although once we had to wait 30 minutes for a room (despite arriving 2 hours after check-in time). The room was comfortable, but a little strange in design. The sink is in the main room, and there are 2 cubicles behind translucent glass doors for toilet and shower. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. Twice the coffeemaker had only decaffeinated coffee which is unpleasant to discover at 5 am! The bar/restaurant served good food and drinks, but the service was not good. Each time we had problems finding a server to order and then pay; once, after waiting 20 minutes to pay, walking around and calling for a server, we just left and returned later for dinner and to pay our bill. The place was just deserted. Overall, it was a good night's sleep and a decent staging area for our flights, but I doubt I'd choose them the next time.
