The service is great - Room is spacious and layout is very well thought out as there are two mirrors in the room. Bathroom and WC is also separated.

Hotel was great, very clean and very modern - rooms are spacious- location was perfect, just a short walk to the nearest station, central based, the staff were very friendly and attentive. overall very good experience would recommend this and stay here again on a future return.

The Hari Hong Kong features a prime location with easy access to key areas and offers compact and stylish rooms. Staff are generally polite and friendly, contributing to a positive atmosphere. However, some incidents detracted from the experience. The check-in process was problematic; I was asked to sign the credit card slip for a deposit hold, deviating from the international norm of a simple card swipe, suggesting a need for improved staff training. A major issue arose one morning with a water outage, preventing me from showering before a crucial meeting and causing significant inconvenience and tardiness. Directed to shower elsewhere, this major service failure greatly impacted my stay. The hotel's attempts to address and compensate for this disruption were inadequate, reflecting poor service recovery and further highlighting staff training gaps. In conclusion, The Hari Hong Kong offers a desirable location and generally polite staff, but the unacceptable water outage, combined with the poor handling of the situation, resulted in a decidedly mixed impression. The hotel urgently needs to improve its procedures for addressing major service failures to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.

They didn’t inform us about heating and AC system. So, first night we slept in a cold room because we thought temperature will be adjusted as we set it on the panel. Well, turned out it’s only an AC and unable to heat the room. The next day they gave us a separate heater. The saddest part was housekeeping threw my husband’s toothbrush away! The toothbrush that he brought from home and placed properly in a glass. This upset him so much and we didn’t expect these from an upscale hotel. We’ve never experienced from any places. Breakfast was perfect though.

Wonderful hotel. Room is fitted with Bluetooth speaker and the staff are generally nice. Would visit again.

Service was great! We asked for a small heater in the booking notes and it was waiting for us in the room! The TV offered Airplay so we could watch our favourite Christmas movie on the big screen. We asked for chopsticks, champagne glasses and ice bucket via the in-room service link and they were delivered in no time! The room was clean and modern and very cozy!

Easy location for F&B and nightlife but not extremely convenient (relatively, for HK hotels) for MTR - it’s a short walk away (Uber struggles a bit for this location as well). The higher level rooms are great, entry level ones are a little too small, but all well furnished. The F&B in-house is great.

The room was small but clean. Hotel staff were less than courteous, and seemed to treat Asians poorer than other guests. My friend, a non-Chinese Asian, speaks English, but staff insist on speaking to him in Mandarin, which he does not understand. This is despite the fact that the staff know English. Absolutely horrified by this seemingly deliberate discourtesy.

This is my second stay at the hotel. The first room I was put in had an extremely stained carpet and sofa with some debris. The hotel moved me and provided an upgrade. However when I took a shower there was hair on the wall in this premium room! Again I told the hotel who sent cleaners up but no offer of anything else. Not entirely sure I would stay again - two rooms both unclean!

If have to be in Central, then perhaps not the most convenient. But we didn't have to be in Central so we liked the location. The gym is great, but we like saunas, and this gym does not have one. But absolutely will be our first hotel choice for our Hong Kong visits. Great staff and onsite restaurant, Lucciola and Terrace Bar were both excellent. Especially Lucciola food and services excellent.

The concierge was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed in The Hari for five nights with my mom. We enjoyed our stay here because of how convenient the hotel is to Causeway Bay and Wan Chai. We also found the walking to Exhibition Centre MTR easy and were able to use this station to travel into Kowloon easily or to Central. Our beds and bathroom were comfortable too, especially the bathroom is very clean even after showering.

The hotel is clean and new, even though the room is quite small. But the location is very convenient!
