The unit has a great room with open concept kitchen and living space with the kitchen offering plenty of counter space and a peninsula with bar stools, perfect for informal family dining. Living room and bedroom have ROKU smart TV’s with Spectrum cable and wifi. The unit offers one reserved parking spot, however, there is additional parking available onsite and parking for boats and golf carts in designated locations. Parking passes are available.
