A room for 2 persons, semi-basement/ground floor It is only a few steps below ground level when coming in from the front of the building, but from the rear of the building, you get straight to the road. In the summer it is very cool. This air-conditioned room with a 32″ Led TV, fridge, electric kettle and hairdryer. The room opens to a small communal patio leading to a lemon-tree garden with a seating area where you can sit and enjoy your coffee and drink in a quiet neighbourhood close to the sandy beach of Livadia. This Room, located on the lower floors of the building, is very cool in summer. Room cleaning and change of towels and sheets are not provided daily. They are provided every three days free of charge. Beach towels are available upon request. A washing machine comes with an additional fee for all units. Guest access Livadia beach 6 minutes walk Center Port of Parikia 16 minutes by foot Private room in the hotel. This room type can accommodate a baby cot supplied on request.
