Kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you need. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom for guests to enjoy. The balcony offers some of the most beautiful views one can enjoy! Grab a good book and a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery. Laguna Reef has a 1000ft fishing pier for guests to fish off along with a pool for the summer (not heated) and a hot tub that is very popular to our Winter guests. BBQ grills are located on the property along with a picnic area. Pets are allowed on a owner approval basis with a pet fee charged. The couch is not a fold out couch. The air mattress could fit in the second bedroom or in the living room but does not have a private space. This is a flat located on the ground floor. You can fish right from your patio or at the water's edge. Boat parking is right behind the condo. You can walk directly off the patio to your boat. Up to 2 dogs allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside with doors shut.
