One bedroom condo on Charleston's closest beach! 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and 500 steps to the ocean. The City of Folly Beach has many pet friendly restaurants, a dog park, and dogs are allowed on the beach from October through April. Your condo is one block to restaurants and shops. King size deluxe bed. Queen pullout sofa and love seat in living room. Expanded cable. 50" Flat screen TV in living room. Kitchenette with dishwasher. Access to washer/dryer on suite (shared with one neighbor). The building is elevated, and we are located on the second floor. There are two flights of stairs to the condo. All balconies facing the beach are shared. This condo is the one closest to the stairs, so you will be chatting up your neighbors as you watch the ocean. *Pet friendly with owners permission and no fee, well behaved, house trained, and flea treated, contact owner for approval. *We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your stay, so your trip is protected. we appreciate your understanding and hope to host you soon. *We cannot offer early check-in or late check-out. Bedrooms 2 & 3 boast a calming view of the surrounding Lowcountry salt marshes and Folly River. Bedroom 3 is the bunk room for kids or adults with a Flatscreen TV as well. Top bunk is a Twin and bottom bunk is a Full size. The full size bathroom is just outside the door in the common hallway.Enjoy your morning coffee or outdoor dining on the spacious balcony facing the West, which gives a nice calming mood at sunset across the marsh.Guests also have full access to the convenient community pool just steps from the unit and the beach is only a 10-15 min walk or bike ride down Folly Road. We provide beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon during your stay.
