This is what gives each unit a character of it's own. There's a coffee maker for you to brew a fresh pot of Louisiana's very own Community Coffee that we provide for you. It's a true local dark roast that will wake you up. Also, in the freezer are glasses of mugs for you to enjoy your favorite beverage. Included in the bathroom is Hotel/Spa dual shower head and hand held with multiple jet options. The towels are nice and thick. It's 1-3 blocks away from the attractions, restaurants and bars but in a small, quiet complex for your peace. LSU and Interstate access for quick travel anywhere around town.It's about the EXTRAS. We have nice mattress pads, high end pillows and sheets for your comfort. The bathroom has a SPA dual shower head and hand held with multiple settings of your choice. The towels are thick Prestige quality. Finally, we now provide Matrix Salon quality soap, shampoo and conditioner that was made exclusively for Wyndham. But we got it!! Our goal is try to provide things you need and maybe didn't know you need.We Have plenty of free, reserved parking for all guests.The unit is decorated wonderfully with lots of character. The high demand caused us to quickly convert 10 of our 16 unit complex into Airbnb's. We're walking distance to downtown attractions, bars, restaurants, and minutes to LSU and Tiger Stadium.We call this the Bellagio Room because the premium bed reminded me of a bed at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. So we finished it for maximum comfort with four premium Bellagio pillows. It'll feel like your sleeping in the clouds.The building is located in Historic Beauregard Town literally blocks from all the downtown spots of interest. One block to the Raising Cane's River Center, USS Kidd Battleship and Museum, Old State Capital among others. Three blocks to third street with all of it's restaurants, pubs and other night life. LSU and Tiger Stadium is a 5-10 minute drive. If you're in for an LSU game the shuttle picks up and drops off only two blocks away. How convenient is that?!? Additionally, the interstate is 10 blocks away. Getting around the city couldn't be any faster or easier.It was built mid-century which gives it some unique qualities that don't exist in today's newer places, such as the exposed brick walls in the rooms.
