Foley Sports Tourism Complex, Foley Sports Plex Tanger Outlet Mall, GlenLakes Golf Club, Gulf Links Golf Center, Lamberts Restaurant (Home of the Throwed Roll), Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, Shrimp Basket, Wolf Bay Lodge along many other Great Family Restaurants. You will also find a Wal-Mart and a Publix less than a block away and a very short drive to Gulf Shores Beautiful White Sandy Beaches This Condo Has been newly Renovated and Tastefully decorated with a Beach and Costal theme. Gulf State Park, white sand beaches, the Wharf Amphitheatre and entertainment district and more are all less than 10 miles away. You'll have the entire condo unit and patio to yourself. The pool, BBQ grill/picnic pavilion area, and green space are all shared common spaces for guests and residents of the complex. This is an uncluttered and spacious two bedroom, two bath unit on the second floor with a private patio facing the quiet interior of the complex. We have furnished and stocked this unit with you in mind. We want you to feel as if you're home away from home! Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed where you'll rest easy after a long day at the beach or sports fields. Doze off or watch TV. If you need extra sleep space, each room is big enough to accommodate an air mattress (one is provided within the unit) or a child's pack-n-play. We have plenty of extra linens and pillows on hand for you. Feel like spending a night in? The kitchen is stocked with cookware, small appliances and plenty of dishes (including some pool-safe glassware), so you can whip up a delicious meal or enjoy take out from any one of the many restaurants nearby. We stock the basics like coffee, seasonings, paper towels, soap, etc. The dining and living room space are nice and open so everyone can chat and enjoy each other's company in one area. Sprawl out on the comfiest couches ever! The living room has a Roku TV with Netflix and Disney +. All TVs in the unit are Roku TV's where you can log into your own streaming accounts. Sip your coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail on the private, screened in patio lit with cute bistro lights. A couple of beach chairs and beach towels are yours to borrow for the beach or at the pool. You'll find loads of towels and toiletries in both bathrooms. A washer and dryer plus detergent are in the unit for your use - no one likes packing away dirty clothes into their luggage! There is also an iron and ironing board in case you need to press clothes for an event or work. We know it can be a challenge to travel with little ones. We have tried to make it a bit easier on you by supplying a high chair/booster seat, a small air mattress, and a pack-n-play with a changing station. There are outlet covers over the electric outlets that are within reach of tiny hands (and an extra bag of them to use at your discretion). There is a Ring Doorbell on the exterior door in the breezeway - there are no other camera devices for the unit. Just shy of your groceries, we have tried to supply everything you may have forgotten to pack or might need during your stay. If you need something, please let us know! Foley is such a great place to stay! This centrally located condo is close to everything you could want while vacationing or working remotely. Sports fields, restaurants, shopping and groceries are within a 5 to 10 min drive. The beaches and Gulf State Park are less than 10 miles away, so about 20-30 minutes drive with traffic on most weeks. Mobile and Pensacola are cool regional areas with a lot to offer - we are an hour from either city.
