My wife and I stayed there for three nights. It was our first visit to the Homer area. We couldn't have been more pleased with Bay Avenue B&B. The accommodations were cozy and quiet, with beautiful views of the bay. Breakfast items provided were delicious. We will definitely return at our earliest convenience.

This is a 'Gem' of a place to stay! Lori couldn't have been more helpful in recommending local restaurants and things to do. Bay Avenue B&B is in a great location right by the start of the Homer Spit. There are lovely views from the rooms and a pretty garden to relax in. There is also a cosy area indoors with a wood burner for when the evenings are closing in. A good breakfast is laid out every morning and there are plenty of fridges to keep your own food in if required. Tea & Coffee are also supplied. We could all learn lessons in housekeeping from Lori, it is so clean! The rooms have all you need with comfortable beds and shower en suites. This is a 'real' find.

Lori gave us great hints and insider advice for possible activities in Homer and its vicinity. The room supprised us with a marvelous view over the bay and Homer Spit. Good breakfast with fresh fruit and the possibility to use the kitchen for personal cooking.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Absolutely ideal location, comfy bed, personal bathroom, access to full kitchen, delicious buffet breakfast, especially the home made jams, secret fantastic granola recipe and yogurt. Lori is so helpful, giving us a family member welcome. Everything is so neat just the right touches on this beautiful bed and breakfast!

Our room was really nice, especially with its own patio. The bed was comfortable and the view was awesome. We were able to enjoy the whole house one day with no one there. We'd definitely come back again!

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Homer. Absolutely perfect elements (ideal location, comfy bed, personal bathroom, access to full kitchen, delicious buffet breakfast) after long days of adventuring. The wonderful host Lori is easy to get ahold of and has put together all of the right touches on this beautiful bed and breakfast!

Lori was a wonderful host and a pleasure to spend time talking with her. She was very helpful arranging and suggesting activities. The place was very clean. The location was great. We would stay again.

Katchemak Bay view with totally good vibes. Rooms very clean, beds comfortable, and luscious thick bath towels. Common areas include large family style dining area and a seating area with windows facing bay. All very conducive to meeting fellow travelers. Lori is an engaging hostess. I will definitely be returning for another stay.

This was the best place to stay in Homer. I have been here 2 different times and plan to return. The location is walkable and bike able into town or to the Homer Spit. The views of Kachemak Bay and the mountain backdrop is breathtaking from every room. Lori, the owner, has created a very comfortable place to stay while visiting beautiful Homer , Alaska
