Not my first trip to Bandung, but a first booking with Ivory. Splendid hotel. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely make a comeback.

Es ist ein gut gelegenes Hotel für Ausflüge. Allerdings ist an der Straße selbst nicht die perfekte Lage. Es ist sehr sauber und ein gutes Personal. Man kann dort gut zu Abend essen mit teils westlichen Speisen. Vegetarisch jedoch kaum möglich. Das Frühstück hätten wir lieber per Karte gewählt, da das inkludierte Buffet nicht unserem Geschmack entsprach. Für westliche Standards ein zu empfehlendes Hotel.

We really enjoyed this hotel. We were made to feel welcome right from the start. Staff very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect for us and had everything thing we needed. We had a buffet breakfast, and it was excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if in Bandung.

Very happy to stay here. Located in the heart of Bandung. I felt warmth welcome from every staff while i stayed here and of course they did very good threat to everyone. One of the best things that i found here is the Everjoy Cafe! All the foods never failed in taste. You must try the Coffee also. Thank you, Ivory!

Bad: 1. Parking area quite small and if you are not a good driver you’ll have a hard time getting in and out of the basement. 2. Bathroom was dirty and moldy. Maybe due to pandemic season and it was not really taken care of. 3. Breakfast selections are so so, and no coffee. You can only get 1 cup of a coffee by voucher. Good: 1. Location quite good and quiet. 2. The staffs are friendly especially the security. 3. Family room quite spacious. 4. There is a small shop in front of the hotel, so you can buy bottled water in there. 5. They are the first hotel that I knew which provide bolster pillow.

Good location, clean room, good maintenance. this is my second time and still happy. The shops around the hotel like Export etc. the hotel has small cafe in front and nice to relax. The food is so and not always recommended but you can find fancy restaurant just walking distance

As the motto of the hotel says it feels good to be home, and indeed this hotel really made me feel like home. This hotel trully is a hidden gem within Riau Street area, as the location is quiet but yet surrounded by many great restaurants and coffee shop (all within walking distance). The staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable, and homey. The hotel restaurant serves great coffee & cakes, and also delicious food for breakfast. I hope to stay at this hotel again in the future when I visit Bandung City again. Keep up with the good work, and all the best 😊 thank you...

Love the simplicity The hotel is so simple and clean. The location is very good. but sadly I payed for buffet breakfast and they didn't provide it (due to covid). Smoking room is available and nice. The location is perfect. Need more parking space tho.

Clean hotel, friendly staff and good food in the nice restaurant. They helped us with take away breakfast because we left early with the train. During our stay they where renovating the hotel and told us upon check in. We did not had any troubles of the renovation. We had a nice short stay and could visit the centre of Bandung by foot.
