Panzi Lodge

We loved our 4-night stay at Panzi. The lodge is small and provides all opportunities for a quiet stay close-to-nature. The bungalows and the common areas are nicely decorated and cosy. The food is very good. Our son made use of the small pool while we enjoyed our drinks on the deck after a long day on safari. But what made Panzi so special was the hospitality of everyone working there. Jacob took us on a morning game drive and shared his love for the region with us. And Irene welcomed us like family, she was so friendly and helpful and such a warm person. Thank you for making us feel like at home! We definitely recommend Panzi!

The staff is amazing, the place itself is breathtaking and a perfect place to rest and recharge. Perfect peace and beautiful place to connect with nature. My family loved our stay 🙏🏾 The food was also amazing and perfect portions 🙏🏾 They catered for all our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lodge.

Thank you very much for a great stay, Very good location! Clean comfortable rooms with Aircon. Dinner (Braai) was very good, prepared on the coals in the Boma area, thanks for the treat! All staff were very friendly, and Irene the front of house was very attending to our needs, would highly recommend this lodge :)

Best place to be if you want an escape from the busy cities, the place is a breath of fresh air!! Calmness, peace, tranquility….. being surrounded by nature and nothing else AMAZING. Not to forget the food delicious!

this place was amazing, full of wildlife (the good kind) really friendly staff always happy to help with anything. Sharmane and Irene were alsoways making sure we had trips lined up to make the most of our time. 100% going back, was a great price, just go direct to them, dont cut in any booking websites!

The limited number of rooms makes Panzi ideal for a quiet break away and being in the bush. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The lodge is close enough to Kruger to go for big 5 game drives

Panzi Lodge was the friendliest location we have ever stayed. We had booked our trip of a lifetime and found Panzi Lodge with help from an agent and will never forget this location. We arrived by short flight from Joberg, (def recommended) and one of our lovely hosts, Charmaine, was there waiting for us with a friendly warm smile and from there onwards we were treated like family and welcomed to the lodge. The rooms are brilliant, lovely authentic feel and comfortable enough, possible could benefit from a refresh, but we know they are in that process, anyway, they are all lovely and private and even gave the outside shower a go.. happily the inside showers were even more powerful! Throughout the week we were kept up to date with our next day activities and the wonderful Irene did move activities around several days to ensure we could get all of our desired Safari and experiences. Thank you so much Irene you really made a great holiday for us. And to the rest of the team, Portia and team fed us delish food everyday and delighted to be served a great bray every other day too. Cannot have wanted for more food and drink and went to bed each day completely satisfied. And finally the team who took us on/to our various activities, from Safari days to walks and transfers to experiences, the whole team were so friendly, knowledgeable and all really wanted us to have an amazing time. We really appreciated everything that the team here provided and there are just not enough words to express our thanks and appreciation for Charmaine, Irene, Portia and the guys and girls who looked after us! I will 100% be back if I can as I loved this place and will never forget the experience. Thank you so very much. Adam, Matt & Mum..!

Panzi Lodge is a small but very cosy place in the middle of nature. Roooms are clean and staff is friendly, the food is top notch. If you wanna have a vacation in the middle of the bush where you can relax and have good service for a decent price... This is the place!

Very good service. Always willing to accommodate you. Very friendly staff. We took a game drive and saw many bucks, unfortunately no leopards, but perhaps we’ll see them on the next visit. I would definitely come back here.
