I chose this Holiday Inn because its rates were reasonable, and it was located near some of the sites that I wanted to visit in the Cleveland Area. I made my reservation using the Holiday Inn App and check in was quick and easy. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by a friendly and professional member of the front desk staff. I was recognized as a Holiday Inn Rewards Member which is always a nice surprise. Once in my room I found it to be very spacious and very well attended. The king bed was well made and very comfortable for me. The Wi-Fi was strong and dependable throughout my entire stay. This Holiday Inn Has an onsite restaurant which is a very nice feature. The food and service in the restaurant was very good. This Holiday Inn has a large well-lit parking lot, and we felt very safe moving to and from our car. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at this Holiday Inn and was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the entire staff were. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed here when we went to Cleveland. Front desk was helpful when we asked for bathroom items and gave us spares. The little old lady at the breakfast area was awesome. Helped the kids, asked others if there's anything else needed, and she was working alone in a full room... Give her a raise! Hospitality starts with her... Only thing I noticed was an unknown heavily tinted vehicle was parked at the far end of the wooded area in the parking lot. Sketchy, or am I just being paranoid? I don't think they have security in the premises...

I cannot say enough excellent things about this hotel and their staff. The hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet, welcoming, and accessible to many places in Cleveland. The staff, in particular, Austin Dunn the General Manager and Chelsea the Assistant Manager are extremely helpful, personable, kind and accommodating. However, it doesn’t stop there, the people who check you in and the cleaning staff are also top notch. An extra benefit is the restaurant Alfredo’s, which is high quality and right in the hotel. We thank all of you for our stay.

I have been an IHG member for 11 years and this is one of my worst. I have stayed at over 120 different IHG hotels nationwide. Shower gel empty, hair in the shower, hallways smells like ****. Room was dark and dirty. Hotel restaurant staff were very pleasant otherwise a 1 star. Please do better.. wish I could have a refund.

Enjoyed the stay here very much. PROS Soft sheets Good quality towels excellent breakfast in a real restaurant (the on site Italian restaurant). Lots of parking - abuts a very large office complex area so is quiet at night but seems safe Staff were all very nice and friendly Rooms were a good size (compared to the dreadful Best Western the night before!) When we checked in, some kind of party/event was just getting started but it was very quiet in the rooms since the party/conference rooms are on the other side of the buildling. Also the guests were very respectful and had good manners. No issues at all. Would definitely stay here again if I needed a room in this area. CONS The only issue was that the pool was under renovation and it was a mess to look at. Completely torn up and a hole in the ground. So if a pool is important to you or your children, I'd call to see if it is open.

This is a nice hotel. The front desk staff was awesome! The gentleman that checked us in had a wonderful personality! We were upgraded to a two room suite. It is basically two rooms made into a suite. In one room we had a toilet, with a sink, sofa bed, tv, microwave, fridge and in the second room we had a big comfy bed, fridge, microwave, tv, toilet, sink, and a handicap shower ( I don’t know why, we didn’t ask for it.). The layout was odd, but would be perfect for a family. Plenty of space in this room. The room was older and could be refreshed, it it was clean! The breakfast was delicious! It was a simple buffet inside a restaurant, so plenty of tables. We had pancakes, sausage, fresh fruit salad, danish, and yogurt. We had to take it to go, so unsure on beverages. They did have a couple of waitresses. Overall we would stay here again!
