Good location near El Nido town, situated next to a hostel which isn’t bad as the music stops at 11pm. However, there are roosters which will wake you up first thing. WiFi didn’t work and you couldn’t use your own data if you were in the annex. The showers didn’t work properly and only had cold water. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff and view. Breakfast was sufficient but there was a mouse floating about.

Hotel is in a great location and staff are friendly and helpful but unfortunately that's about where it ends. The rooms stink of damp and the rooms are very damp. The air-conditioning unit is very loud on the 'low' setting and smells quite musty. The water in the bathroom smells awful of drains and sewage and you have to shower in it. When we checked in we had no towels in our room. Considering the price it is not good value.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the El Nido town. It is an ideal hotel for solo travellers due to its location, being so close to an abundance of restaurants and bars. However, the hotel felt somewhat tired and the staff disorganised. The receptionist told me I needed to pay the deposit, to which point I got the cash from my room and returned, to meet a new receptionist who told me I didn’t need to pay it. The bar did not offer a bill charge to the room which also surpised me. There is no wifi in the room, and my local SIM card data also had no signal, so prepare to be disconnected if you are in the room.

Very well located close to thd main thoroughfares of El Nido but far enough to feel quiet and relaxing. Spectacular view of El Nido terrain at the rooftop restaurant/pool. "Comfortable Chic" is how I would describe it. Right next door to Friendz, if you can t stand your teenagers to close. They can have their own little vacation from you even if you're together. I just wished the wi-fi was a bit stronger, but hey - I came to El Nido to get my face off the phone. The staff was really accommodating in all aspects of our trips - from shuttle services to bike rentals to restaurant suggestions. They also had the Ferry service office at the mezzanine, so our ferry ride to Coron was ticketed on the spot. I would stay in this hotel again, fo sure.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of El Nido near restorants and bars. The swimming pool and restaurant in the rooftop are great, delicious food. Our room was located in the 1st floor and we didn't liked it, because was next to the maintenance room, so was too noisy all day, in addition our window was next to the hall to this maintance room and looks horrible, very dark, also the air conditioner at the room sounds really hard, so wasn't very pleasant to sleep at all. Really friendly staff

Сервис хороший( еда очень вкусная и разнообразная) но номер не прям идеальный за свои деньги.

The tvs have Netflix and youtube but hotel doesn't provide internet strong enough for tvs. Just arrived 2 hours ago.to rest in room. Not that restful.without full service. Based on little things like this. Not staying again. I'm so p!ssed off I can't even give the place a proper review

Not our favourite, but had some pros. We stayed at hotel Cuna for 3 nights. It was probably our least favourite hotel during our stay in the Philippines. All the hotel staff were brilliant and very helpful, however our room was small and had no natural daylight. The lighting in the room was poor and when using the shower released a sewage smell. The plug in the sink also was jammed, meaning water was in the sink overnight. We raised this with the staff and they came and fixed this immediately though. The rooms were quiet and cleaned daily. The hotel is in amazing location with the beach a 2 minute walk from the hotel and all restaurants and bars a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The pool was nice and had a good view but there was limited lounges. Towels were provided. The roof top bar had beautiful views with a variety of drinks. Service was poor - think it took 10 mins to get a menu brought over to us when we sat down. Can’t comment on food as didn’t eat here - would recommend eating in the town as so much variety of choice. Our recommendations to eat at (all within 10 min walk from Cuna): - Gorgonzola - Barakuda - AP Kala - Grounded for coffee, pastries. - Hama Coffee for breakfast Overall ok stay, it’s fairly priced for what it is. The location is the best selling point as this was brilliant.

The hotel was sold out so I had to make two reservations. The first part we stayed in a "budget" room. It was small but decent, a step up from a hostel. I did NOT like it but knew in advance that they did not have any more rooms. The second part of our stay we were in a much nicer more spacious room which was a HUGE difference from the first. We dined at their restaurant once. The food was good the views were breathtaking. The hotel is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping the beach and the pickup point for any excursions. I felt El Nido as a whole is a younger vibe. I would stay here again because of its location ONLY if they could accommodate with the better room.

Staff are unprofessional and needs training in hospitality department. Long wait in food orders and sometimes gets the order wrong. The hotel needs new towels and linen. Positive- - great view and location. Staff at the reception are friendly.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to El Nido town. The kids loved the pool and the roof top restaurant is excellent. The views from the restaurant are stunning. The staff are very professional and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
