Check in was easy, breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean with great shampoo dispenser in the clean shower. Extra towel requested were given promptly. Problems with noise at night was handled immediately and moved us the next morning to a quieter room

Almost great.. but the hotel needs to put a night time noise level at somewhat early time, like 11 PM.. Very good for a very good price

My stay was amazing. Nice breakfast and wifi was ok. Cant complain anything.

Value for money. Breakfast was good. The service was good and lots of parking.

Don't ever stay here. Place was a dump and staff were incompetent to say the least. Side door was left open to public every time I walked by (security concern); house keeping woke up us at 9:57 am, told us water would be turned off at 10 am until 2 pm; told house keeping we didn't need service that day and left, only to return late at night with our room door open! Someone entered our room, and left the dead bolt out, keeping the door open- and it wasn't even cleaned so ZERO reason for anyone to have been in there. Staff at desk even said that was a common thing for house keeping to leave room open for management to 'check', but then later blamed it on us when we demanded a refund. It was late at night, we were travelling and didn't have a vehicle so were stuck there for the night. Felt very unsafe and didn't know who was in our room, what was potentially left etc. Management refused to refund us and won't even take my calls. Front staff didn't even have uniforms or name tags and wouldn't even identify themselves or give cards/names for management. If you care about safety, don't stay here.

The first room we were given had mould in the toilet and sink. We were transferred to another room that was just cleaned. We had to clean the faucet door knob remote and toilet. The bed sheets were very wrinkled and were not sure if they had been slept in. The cleaning of the room was unacceptable. We were very tired and did not have the energy to find another motel. We did not sleep well because of the cleaning. Everywhere you looked you could see that it wasn’t clean properly. We woke up at 4:30 and left

Dirty room, smelt like smoke, dirty bathroom, cold or no breakfast. They should demolish the hotel. Rude staff. I was afraid to look around there were bed bugs. There are plenty of really nice hotels... we will never stay there again.

Friendly Staff that makes you feel like home, super clean hotel, lack of noise so you can really rest, anything you need you can always go to the front desk and they will solve it for you with kindness. The breakfast is amazing, and the girl taking care of it, is amazing, really kind and taking care of every detail.

Currently writing this from the lobby of the hotel. Our room is over 85F and all the front desk clerk has to say is Sorry. He came up to rhe room. Told me AC was set on low and adjusted it to high. All it did was to make Linder noice. STAY AWAY from this property during warm months of the year They advertise AC. this is FALSE advertising
