We got upgraded room that was big and nice with balcony. At the end we found a big cockroach in the room that was not so nice. Pool and beach is good.

We have been going to the Daniel Hotel for years, to celebrate my birthday as a family experience. The food is First Class, our room had a meditative Chinese atmosphere, with a view of the ocean. We spent every day in the pool, and enjoyed the sites and area around the Hotel and the Marina. I must particularly complement the Daniel Hotel staff this year, they provided top level and attentive service, I felt pampered. It was very hard to leave and go back to real life. Thank you for a wonderful birthday celebration!

The stay at the Daniel Hotel was excellent, food fantastic, rooms clean and great service with housekeeping. Beach and pool super, inside and outside. Also, Merav was very helpful, and also Osnat. The lobby restaurant was efficient and classy. The buffet restaurant was tasty and food plentiful. Highly recommend.

I booked a two night stay at the Daniel hotel for a mini vacation, and it was superb! Every one of the staff, from the security guard to Ehran at breakfast, greeted me nicely. When I arrived at the hotel two hours earlier than check-in, I assumed I would leave my bag and come back later. To my delight, I was able to check in early, my room was ready, and I had been upgraded to the Shizen rooms with a balcony and view of the ocean! Osnat handled check-in and she was a sweetheart. Although getting to the room was a little dark and outdated, the room itself was wonderful. The bathroom was clean and the bed was big and comfortable, not to mention that the towels were fluffy! I spent hours sitting on the balcony looking at the view. I also had the pleasure of going to the Shizen spa. It was my first time at a spa and it was a great experience. Veronica was nice and explained everything to me. I used the fitness room, which was clean and well-equipped. The pool is perfect for laps, and the jacuzzi was fun too. I got a classic massage by Natalia, who did a phenomenal job, and left the spa feeling great. Because I was staying in the Shizen wing, I was able to go back and forth from my room to the spa quickly. On my last day, the weather was sunny, and I spent the morning reading my book by the gorgeous pool and view of the beach. I had an excellent time at the Daniel hotel and look forward to staying there again.

An excellent hotel with private path to a beautiful beach. It is very friendly for families with babies as well as teenagers. All rooms are with a balcony facing sea. Rooms are spacious with a sofa for a teenager. The restaurant serves three meals. However, as food is very tasty and plentiful it is wise to choose half board: breakfast and dinner.

The food was great and the room was clean and comfortable . Unfortunately there is no parking area in the hotel so we had to use Pango. Apart from this the staff is very nice and always at your service. The fact that it is located near the beach serves as a great advantage.

We live in Israel and went for a family getaway with our four grown kids for a shabbat. The hotel staff was friendly, the private access to the beach was wonderful, the food was delicious and the lobby a nice space to hang out. One of our kids is gluten-free and vegetarian and the dining staff took great care to show her all the foods she could eat. We had three non-renovated rooms but they were beautiful - and the hotel accomodated our request to all be on the same hallway. We look forward to coming back soon.

hotel managment Behavior of the reception manager at the Saba Hotel in Rozhské Slovenia - Lea My name is Berman Keren and I booked a family vacation with you for the dates 25/6 - 8/7 at the above-mentioned hotel. The reservation was made in June after many deliberations when the location of the rooms was a request and not an obligation. I wanted to state that I would like to get a room near the friends with whom we went on this vacation, close to the elevator and the wonderful view from the front of the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, I was given a room with a view of the wall of the Zagreb hotel in yellow color, very far from the elevator and facing the south side (the warmest). The air conditioner displayed a temperature of about 26 degrees, but we felt a heat of 36 degrees Celsius. And it was like that throughout our stay. The quality of the air conditioning in this hotel was very, very low. I immediately asked to change the room (I immediately sent you an email about it) when I was told by Mrs. Leah (the reception manager) that there were no rooms available, but if we paid 30 euros, they would change the room for us at the same level. Leah also offered to move to a deluxe room for a fee of 50 Euros per day. After discussion, we agreed that if a room on our level became available, we would pay 30 euros and we would move to the room facing the cooler side and it would be possible to breathe. This is how our reception went. On the day of our departure at check out, we were presented with a debt (not ours) of about 17 euros that we drank wine and ordered a food platter at a restaurant on the south side of the Zagreb hotel. I would like to emphasize that we were not there at all. I asked Leah, the reception manager, to see the payment receipt for the aforementioned restaurant and I told Leah that this is not a receipt that was signed by me, and of course I will not pay the payment, which is a debt that is not mine. Leah started yelling that I was lying and she checked everything and the debt was mine and thus shamed me before Everyone present. She also shouted that she doesn't want people like us in her hotel nor in Slovenia. I am very offended. I am a decent and honest person, and calling me a liar for 17 euros does not suit me, but the principle of justice and respect. Important to me. Leah screamed and threatened that she wouldn't let the driver (the shuttle company back to the airport) go and the whole group would stay at the hotel and we wouldn't get to the flight. If we didn't pay, she would call the police and they would arrest me Our room (which according to Leah she already checked with the waitress and Leah knows it's me). The waitress came to the reception and when she saw me she immediately said she didn't see me and I wasn't at their restaurant. Instead of Lea apologizing for defaming my name in public, and after I demanded it several times, she barely uttered the word sorry under her breath and cut off contact with me. I

We thought the food was inedible and that the service was very bad nice view to the beach We had a problem with the door in the room, asked them 3 times to come and fix and they never did. The super was so bad we just had the bread There is a no smoking song next to the pool but no body took it seriously and when we asked the pool workers to ask people to stop smoking they would not do it.

The hotel is nice, very good service we were welcomed by Mirav that was pleasant and kind and helped us with everything we needed. The food was good but was served a bit cold. We were surprised to find gym is extra money. Our room was clean and had a lot of space.

My wife and I are frequent guests at the Daniel Hotel, we feel it is home from home.The room was spacious, modern and literally on top of the waves crashing against the seashore . The pool area is lush with plenty of sunbeds and chairs as well as a couple of hammocks and several palm trees. The pool also overlooks the sea it is just breathtaking. We had dinner in the hotel each night, every night was a chef's masterclass, new dishes each night,one tastier than the next.most of all we would like to thank who ensures our stays just get better and better.Thank you Meital.
