Generally a good stay. Staff were helpful, good location and clean room. Breakfast was great too. Wish there was a fridge in the room. Also couldn’t reserve via the whatsap contact provided as they took a long time getting back and I had to book myself online on trip.com but otherwise a pleasant stay and I would certainly stay there again

It’s really nice at Hilton , the view is fire and Mr David who served me at Suya terrace is a nice man and good at what he does and i loved the food and the staffs are really doing well, I’m satisfied with the service and happy to celebrate my anniversary here

The staff reception was amazing, and they are friendly, Rachel was the hostess who received me was warm and receptive,she ensured we were comfortable and well attended to. The maccallan lounge is the perfect place to relax and have a drink.

The journey time to and from the international airport is about 40-45 minutes. Once at the hotel you drive through a security barrier and at the hotel entrance you pass through an electronic scanner and place your luggage on a scanner. The lobby is clean and spacious with plenty of staff on hand to assist you . Check in / registration was efficient and friendly. My room was on the fourth floor, there is a clever lettering system on three pillars that enables you not to go to the correct corridor that leads to your room ! The room itself was clean and spacious, good air conditioning, well equipped , good Wi-Fi signal. Bed was comfortable but only two pillows. A good amount of sockets for USB and plugs . Nice warm powerful shower but no rubber non slip mat ! Walls on the thin side , but not a major issue, I still had a good sleep. I had the breakfast buffet and dined outdoors, absolutely no insects to worry about, food was delicious and serving staff were excellent with restaurant managers coming round to check that everything was ok in their lovely purple/ blue outfits, two lovely ladies. There is a mini shopping area in the hotel selling high end goods plus there is a bakery and convenience store plus travel agencies on the first floor I was impressed with the efficiency of the front desk , always fully staffed so never a long wait in the queue. The hotel has hosted many world leaders as you can see by the photos outside the restaurant. Thanks for a nice stay/visit,I look forward to the next time.

Transcorp Hilton Abuja is without a doubt the number 1 hotel in Nigeria, for me. My feedback on security, location, value for money and service, ambience, aesthetics, window views, staff attitude, meals, etc is the absolute same, to wit; Very top notch!!!

My greatest admiration and respect, Starting by Mrs Helen who is the real soul of the hotel, the person who solves any problem and maintains the highest quality level of excellence. Mr Gambo, Adi and Kelly at front desk, Laudry’s Kenneth, Ojo, Israel and John the professor. All personnel at restaurant who prepared delicious breakfast and dinner, Miss Treassure who attended so kindly. Personnel al Gym who taked good care of my daily fitness. 60 days that passed so quickly and comfortably. Wishing to be back!

Everything is a vibe ,love how comfortable I feel whenever I’m at Transcorp!! It’s a home away from home. A perfect example of a ten over ten. My absolute favorite and kind hearted ms Ene from the executive floor makes it easy ,she’s so welcoming and I appreciate her for that . Thank you

I enjoyed my stay; the big bright smile was the cloths most staff wore, security checks was up to standard and the housekeeping was so top notched so much so that I had to drop a note of appreciation to Doris Emordi, I believe from experience that she's one of Transcorp's housekeepers. She was polite, professional and pays attention to details. I wish the hotel recognises and rewards such people.

Was a pleasure to stay here...Every hotel staff was so polite and pleasant, always checking on me, my experience and well being! Ms.Patience was so kind and helped me around during dinner buffet! Felt warm and welcomed. Enjoyed my stay.... thank you :)

It is nice and fun coming here. The dinner I ate was so delicious, and I think it’s awesome. I also think the room is okay and recommend it to everyone. I believe you’ll enjoy experiencing such a fun time next time. The swimming pool is nice as well, and I really liked it too.
