ARTeHOTEL Calle2 Havana

We had an amazing week long stay at the beautiful ARTe Hotel . The hotel was fully renovated a year ago. rooms are spacious, super clean, comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom was also large with a refreshing rainfall shower head. The hotel is thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. This lovely hotel is truly an oasis. However it is the staff that took our stay to the next level. With 24/7 service they were kind, accommodating and did everything humanly possible to ensure that we were well taken care of. Oswaldo , the manager was simply amazing! He is so gracious, compassionate and pleasant. One day when I wasn’t feeling well he made sure I got fresh squeezed guava juice and a special ginger tea. These thoughtful details make the ARTe excel! Breakfasts were incredible with fresh fruit platters, eggs and anything you could want. They have hummingbird feeders on the terrace where breakfast is served and we saw a hummingbird as we ate! The rooftop has a lovely bar and space to relax while catching a Havana sunset. I really cannot say enough good things about my stay. I wish I could give the staff 10 stars. Thank you Oswaldo for making our stay fantastic. We hope to return and see you again!

This Hotel is a very special and beautiful place. Our room was called poesie and that describes how it feels like to stay there. We met wonderful persons, great people and everyone looked after us and organized everything so lovingly. We felt completely comfortable. We are very thankful, espacially Osvaldo was very very kind, he’s given us lots of helpfull advises, we enjoyed talking with him. Thank You!!!

Great place, The staff in very lovely and helpfull! They can help you arrange anything. The building and the rooms are beautiful, clean and tell a great story. I stayed here with a friend and we would definitly recommed this hotel to anyone! When we come back to Cuba we will for sure book this hotel again:)

I stayed here with friends for 6 days (a work conference) and it was incredible. The rooms are very nice and the bathrooms are lovely. Comfy pillows. Delicious breakfast. Great location, just a few blocks from the Malecon and a nice, safe neighborhood. The manager, Osvaldo, was incredibly helpful, cheerful and arranged anything we needed. He was so accommodating. 5 out of 5. I'd definitely come back here.

Havana was our last stop after four weeks touring central America. After five nights at this Boutique hotel, the headline for our stay is that this place has “a black belt in service”. From housekeeping, night porter to their daily manager Osvaldo we have seldom experienced service as they performed. It’s like visiting long lost very good friends or family.  My wife and I travel the world, and stay from 5 stars hotels, exclusive lodges to smaller boutique hotels, and ARTe Boutique Hotel easily reaches top 10! Unfortunately, we both caught a bug from one of our meals down Town Old Havana, but the way housekeeping and the night porter looked after us when needed wouldn’t have happened even at the best hotels. Osvaldo’s local knowledge and willingness from helping us with everything from local SIM card, local restaurants, finding the best drivers for us when sightseeing and making sure of our well-being was unique. Thank you!

Such a gorgeous spot that truely highlights and celebrates the richness of Cuban art and culture in all its forms! The whole team is truely wonderful and eager to share and make you feel well at home!! Will definitely be back!

ARTeHOTEL is an amazing boutique hotel in the Vedado part of Cuba. It has a couple of beautifully designed rooms, a lovely common space (lobby and dining room), as well as a fantastic rooftop terrace. They are very professional and amazingly helpful - Osvaldo, the hotel manager, took care of all my requests (exchange of money, organising trips, special dietary requests), along with two other team members: Denis and Antony. They are all super nice and welcoming, happy to tell you about Cuba and explain everything. It was a splendid experience!

The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel is very uniquely conceived and decorated, each room a tribute to the visual, literary, and performing arts. The hotel is a short distance from Havana nightlife, but is peaceful inside. My family and I would love to return here someday!

There’s so much I can say but I really want to emphasize how the ENTIRE staff made me feel so welcomed and attentive ! From my freshly made breakfast of fresh fruit , Cuban Coffee , fresh made jam with bread and my egg white omelets made just for me ….to something so little can mean the world to me …. Osvaldo says “it’s ok you’re home now ! “ they really made me feel at home …. Location is great right nearby to everything needed …. Dani is the best host ever and the ENTIRE hotel staff …. I already miss you all …. We will be back … the Art throughout the hotel is amazing … each room designed specifically …. Getting the massage on the rooftop is the absolute best too ….salsa, music, food fantastic!!!!!!!!there’s so Much to say but you’ve just got to see ! Thank you Arte Family for my stay … I need look anymore when I do return we will stay there …. Viva Cuba 🇨🇺
