非常好👍性價比很高。露天房面積蠻大的，也提供一般的牙刷肥皂啥（沒有用，據説物資匱乏）。酒店位置很好，離中心幾分鐘路程，在有名的大街邊上，晚上可以散步體驗一下當地居民的生活（如照片）酒店早餐特別好，是套餐，品質味道品種都很好，是驚喜。

第二次入住該酒店，換了個房型，質量依舊沒得説，還是超出了我們的預期，原本以為稍微基礎點的房型可能會不好，但其實硬件服務衞生都還在線，頂層風景依然不錯，強力推薦！

遙遠的地方，美麗的古巴🇨🇺。來這裏打卡，一生中難得。前兩天一直續住，一直好評。説酒店🏨好的地方是實事求是，但做的不足之處，也需要酒店🏨高度重視，加以改進。 最後一天退房，好不容易在外邊很遠的地方找到一輛出租車，我説明:讓司機等我拿行李，再退房查房，時間不會很久，並加錢，因為等待。司機愉快的接受了。 可是查房出了問題，酒店不讓我離開，因為語言問題，很久才搞明白，説我在酒店消費飲料了。讓我付清費飲料費用。 不是錢的問題【因為不想流落街頭、飛機很晚、又花了550一天房費，確衹住了4.5的小時】，是實事求是！我的客房根本沒有冰箱，更別説什麼橙汁·可樂🥤了，莫名其妙！ 一直僵持中、最後查房工作人員才急忙大喊好幾聲:sorry。事情才得已解決。 （我猜想她們是差錯房了）。 結局是，司機等久了，很生氣，大腳轟油門，表示憤怒，結果自己車還壞在酒店🏨門口了【酒店所有的工作人員（前台、接待、門僮、保潔員、查房員、酒店經理）都目睹此事】。 我可是去機場，急切的內心可想而知，那個急啊，最後不得不，換車走了。 酒店也許不看評論，也許不在乎，都無所謂了，過去了！難得糊塗。但真心希望酒店看到我的評論後，説明一下到底發生了什麼！謝謝！ 我最後想説:請酒店真的加強一下管理、別在出現類似情況，讓旅遊的我們身心疲憊，焦慮萬分，情緒崩潰！（異地他鄉、所等飛機一週就2班） 一生中，太難得來一次古巴了，一直興奮激動美麗中！可是你們的一次小小的“疏忽大意”“小錯誤“，會讓原本美好的一切，卻在我的內心中形成不可磨滅的陰影。一聲歎息、委屈無助的記憶永遠揮之不去！😭 回國了、再見、美麗的古巴🇨🇺😭

同屬royalton集團有好幾家酒店，這家性價比最高，另外有個海景獅子酒店更大更高級一點，也是他們家的，靠海，應該是目前最好的了

I had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the food – it was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was a really comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely recommend it!

This place is gateway to hell. 1. Breakfast is not edible, cockroaches in buffet area, stopped going to have breakfast 2. Crawling insects in bed, photos available 3. beds are not made for night sleep 4.No tea or coffee in room contrary to hotel claim 5. Manager in hiding 6. room not properly cleaned 7. bed sheets are smaller than the bed and many more deficiencies. AVOID Hotel.

I love the super beautiful place, its workers very attentive as well as the general manager the exquisite and excellent service of a hotel of its category of great standard, it makes its 5 stars value, I recommend its super comfortable rooms I had a great time, if I would return to Havana I would return again to this hotel I congratulate all its workers for their attention and their service time they were there, They are the best in Havana congratulations

Inedible breakfast. Limited fruit, in a country full of fruit. Dried up cold ham and cheese covered in flies. Reconstituted juices. Why? There are pineapples and guava growing everywhere. Mistake by hotel, blamed on agency caused room downgrade 2 std room instead of suite. Lovely hotel, clean, spacious, great facilities. Almost perfect location. Terrible organisation. The elevators were only working during check-in. Not a big issues as the country was experiencing power outages!

The staff is very nice from welcome until departure, we loved the classic style of the hotel. The location is nice, close by many nice restaurants and bars. Thank you to the team for their professionalism and kindness. Note that you can only pay in card, like many other hotel in cuba

I couldn’t be happier with my decision to stay at the Mystique Habana hotel. Location is perfect it’s literally in the centre of everything. Rooms are spacious and clean and if I’m not wrong every room has their only balcony Upon check in I had a problem with my card but hotels in Havana generally do not accept cash. The receptionist Amanda really helped me out so much by trying every possible way to help and also comfort me to ensure there will not be any problems. Words can’t describe the gratefulness to her for the time and effort she spent helping me All the other staffs at the hotel were very nice and helpful. They gave me good recommendations of restaurants, attractions, what to be aware or etc etc I highly recommend this hotel
