Mike welcomed us like we were family. We had the upstairs room with a fantastic view of the water and greenery below. Fabulous stay! Just a note: it can get a little hot in the summer, even with the fan supplied in the room, as there is no air conditioning.

Our stay was wonderful. Clean quite great view and a terrific host. Bit of a drive to shops and restaurants, only 5 minute drive, but that is what we wanted.

A nice size room with balcony, and a stunning view as far as you can see. Tea, coffee etc making facilities in the room, and a microwave. Private bathroom/shower, plus hairdryer. Breakfast included. Michael, the host is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Located 5 mins from Haruru Falls, and a short drive to Waitangi Treaty Grounds

Excellent host. Mike is very friendly and kind. He has given us very good advice on food and activities around this area. Breakfast is fantastic! The best I ever have for B&B. Very beautiful view from the garden, very nice spa pool. We have truly enjoyed our 4D3N stay.

To start with, the views are amazing from our balcony. Sitting on our bed we have lovely big windows overlooking the bay. Bed very comfy. Room large with good size wardrobes. The garden is beautiful too. Mike the host has gone above and beyond to make our stay even better. He is so knowledgeable about the area and gave us some good tips. Breakfast was outstanding. Table all laid on our patio when we woke up. Lovely choice of hot food. The French Toast with Bacon and Maple Syrup was amazing. Thank you so much Mike. We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Obviously, the views are amazing and the room itself is very nice. But what makes this property is the host! So friendly, incredible local knowledge, extremely helpful with suggestions for our trip, and the breakfast he prepared was unreal! We'd stay anywhere he was hosting!!!

We highly recommend Baywaterviews for a peaceful, relaxing break away from the daily grind. Mike is an excellent host and his place is ideally situated just 5 minutes drive from Paihia and, historic Russell is just a ferry ride away. The accommodation's great. Very clean, bright and comfortable and the spa is a real bonus. For all this, together with the gorgeous views, Mike's local knowledge and great breakfasts we give him a 9/10. The room and ensuite are very comfortable and meticulously serviced, with a spectacular view from the front patio. The spa is also a welcome end to the day, or good late afternoon option if the weather turns for the worse! Mike, the host, is fantastic - sharng a wealth of local knowledge and serving up a great breakfast in style. Can't fault this. Highly recommended.
