地點稍偏，不過如果是開車就沒什麼大區別，房間乾淨整潔，設施相對陳舊，早餐也比較簡單，總體是不錯的體驗

I say the best Western multiple times on my trip to Connecticut, and it is by far one of the best places that I have stayed in the Hartford area. I experienced that I’ve had with this place has been stellar, and the staff is very attentive. They have great beds, nice spacious rooms, and a good breakfast in the AM. I like this place so much that I was disappointed that it was booked up on my last trip. I will definitely try to stay here and every chance that I get when I am in town.

Room was fine. Very disappointed that front desk let us know breakfast was 6am-9am.. got out there at 7am and only thing out was dry cereal and granola bars. They let us know hot food (pancakes, eggs, sausage) would be ready in 20 min. Had to find breakfast elsewhere. So don’t count on the free breakfast.

It states it’s a smoke free hotel but on the floor I stayed on smelled like pure ****. Someone was smoking on that floor. There needs to be more surveillance in regards to smoking. But besides that everything else was good

An excellent stay at the Best Western. I was there for the New Year and e everything was great. Nice and quietand most of all clean!!

When I first arrived, I was given a horrible dirty room. Bathroom was clean and bed linen was clean, but the floors were filthy and the rest of the room need a thorough cleaning. it was late and there was no manager on site so I planned to stay the night and leave the next day.
The next morning I spoke to the manager Irene, she was very pleasant, apologetic and immediately moved us to another room, she even gave us an upgrade.
Although the upgraded room was better, I don't think this hotel is very clean, there's so much dust everywhere, in the room, vents, the tables in hallway etc. Carpet definitely needs to be cleaned.
