Located in the Haridwar station vicinity enabling easy access to all transport system and near market. However, basic facilities for toiletries were missing whatsoever were supposed to be available on demand. On asking for the same, the attendant and receptionist/in-charge says "guests in all three rooms are from the same family, so you can share available toiletries". Such unprofessional and ridiculous attitude was surely out of my expectation and very much shocking. Next morning, waiting time for payment of dinner bill was also as awful as their behaviour. No one was available in the reception desk and no support service to attend guests.

Terrible crew at literally stealing from you at every opportunity. They charged us INR 700 for a cab that should have been INR200. To make things worse they charged double for the meals we took while there. Would never stay there again. Stay away from this place. Also, the area is next to a train station and is super crowded Stay away.

Everything was very good in your hotel. The pillows and blankets in your hotel are of very good quality and also your hotel is in the middle of the city which made it very easy for us to buy everything and all bank ATM is near your hotel and your staff behaviour is so good 😊 Thank you.

The stay was very comfortable and the staff was very nice .....all the staff members were very cooperating.....the location is the best ...u can get public transport to roam around the city were easily....would like to visit again with family

But for one not so good experience on breakfast buffet my overall stay was comfortable. I understand that the management is strict on buffet timing but do not expect your guests to get out as you have to close . Be little more curtious to your guests.

The best location... if u r with your family and specially with senior citizens . Each n every staff is so supportive that u won't feel that u r in a new place . Food is sooooo awesome that u never felt to go anywhere else, and best part is all staff r always ready to listen u n quick solutions given by them. Must recommended place to stay in Haridwar. Would love to stay here again.

staff is soft spoken huge parking space room service is A1, room are spacious and clean they always gave a botal of ganga jal and a mala complimantry at the time of check out which is missing this time as there is no stock at that time they assured to compensate next time I always recommend Le roi, Haridwar to my friends and relatives to stay there location is at the rly staion

Worst treatment meted out to guests. I had arrived by IAC and reached Haridwar at around 11.30. It was so hot outside and the sudden temperature difference I think I suffered a heat stroke. Though I had my booking in Gobind Bhavan heritage hotel I couldnt reach there as the Ola guy cancelled twice. Feeling unwell I decided to rest at the closest possible hotel. I proceeded to this Hotel Le Rio which is just adjacent left to Haridwar railway station. After I checked in I was down with fever and had headache likely because of sunstroke. I went to the room and almost collapsed . After feeling a bit better I requested reception thrice if they can arrange Crocin or paracetamol which they refused with the familiar artificial politeness , Sorry sir we don't have. Later I called some acquaintance to arrange it for me at the hotel but the reception staff were not allowing him to deliver. The poor fellow called me stating that the hotel staff is not allowing him. After much persuasion he was allowed. Why do people run hotels when they don't understand the H about hospitality. Only posh rooms and good food doesn't sum up a good hotel. Arrogant staff and hotel management should be shown their place. Pathetic experience I would say.

A very comfortable stay with them here... The food quality is good... The staff is very soft spoken and helpful. A positive and a negative point is that its next to the railway station, which is a convenience as well as a heck as entry to both is the same..
