The service and environment is excellent! The breakfast is varied and delicious. The room is comfortable with a wonderful view.

Excellent hotel! Superb location for visiting attractions! Spacious rooms with great bathrooms! Excellent Breakfast spread!!! Housekeeper placed humidifier in our rooms without us requesting when she noticed that we were affected by the dry weather ! She even wrote us a note to express concern! Wow! She gave us extra oolong teabags when she noticed that we favoured this tea! Peter , F and B manager and chef Dean deserve special mention for going out of their way to meet our request during our last breakfast today! Thank you Ritz Carlton Harbin!

A renowned international hotel, everything is superb but the room price in northeast area seems extremely High. I had some issue with my prebooked hotel Haute, so I decided to stay with Ritz to ease my tension. Upon check-in at Ritz, the reception asked me what time is good for cleaning the room, even though I replied 10am, i did not expect they knocked my door right on the clock, this gave me the pressure I have to leave my room for them. Maybe not enough customers in the hotel? Also hotel staff sent me 4 cans of soft drink one evening?? I would be much happy if they could give me a bottle of Kvass, anything belongs to Harbin.

Fantastic hotel. Really happy that we stayed here and I can really recommend the club lounge. Great service and good selection of both wine and food. We will definitely come back. I can't name drop the staff that was working in the club lounge because I forgot to ask. But I really want to give the credit for the excellent service.

Nice hotel. Attentive staff. Short taxi ride to the main tourist attractions in town. Impressive view of the Ice and Snow World from the hotel lobby.

Luxury hotel. Breakfast is simple and not changing in Chinese food. Lady staff charge us new swimming cap and do not tell us it is freely provided.

The best hospitality we received was from The Ritz Carlton, Harbin. We were introduced to the manager and he thoroughly explained everything about the hotel and our booking upon arrival. Everything was assisted from our luggage until we were at our room door. The service provided was at its best and we even checked in 2 hours earlier. Definitely an experience worth remembering!

The overall service of the hotel is nice and room are clean. Will definitely book it again.

In the city center. Keep the Ritz standard even in a freezing city. But dinner buffet is soso for this high end hotel.
