The room was large, clean and with a great view. On top of that the best thing is the service was exceptional! From the check in staff, cleaning staff, room service staff, concierge, the customer experience ladies etc etc we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful care provided. We manage to get the names of some the staff that helped us. 徐羽彤，马红红，佳琪，周奕涵，秦奇，姜辉 We will definately return again! thank you all

No need doubt this hotel. Service was fantastic. Wanted to give special thanks to the Room service lady and the cafe restaurant manager who was on duty for that 2 days. Cleaner was so helpful very fast in cleaning and replenishing stuff although we are resting in the room. One of my child is sick, request from hotel restaurant to pack some light food for the child he would gladly support. High floor with nice view! Money well spent. 😅

Really a nice and new Hotel a bit out of the main city and hassle.

Hotel is in excellent location for the Ice festival and river views are excellent.!The 2 days we stayed the hotel did not have a restaurant open or offer in room dinning so we were limited to ordering take away and eating out. Worth staying if you want to visit the ice festival but then maybe better getting a more central location for other tourist attractions.

Location little bit far from city, good shuttle bus, horizon club not worth to pay more, people friendly…. Harbin very nice town

The hotel is beautiful and new. The room was clean and spacious wish a beautiful view on the river. We stayed in Shangri-La in January. There was a nice selection of western food for breakfast.

Remember that this hotel is a 5 star hotel. Positive : Room with river view -＞ breathtaking view! Negative point : Relatively small and old room with no special amenities - no coffee maker, no sofa, very basic room. Breakfast - 168 RMB for a cup of coffee and pastries - really overpriced. Direction - Bad service for non-Chinese, When you ask management for information to do the Covid test, they try to help you but in the end no positive response and no follow-up even if a private laboratory is very close and known. Really better hotels at Harbin with better price. Very disappointed.

Great experience to go to Harbin in winter. The hotel is on the other side of the bridge so a bit of a travel to get to town. Luckily they have the shuttle bus. The ice bar and restaurant was closed due to the pandemic which was really sad. Rooms are nice, and it was nice to take a bath in the evening. All over the hotel rooms are very hot and you cannot adjust the temperature.

前台特別熱情，服務温馨，整體感覺特別舒服，來哈爾濱最後一天在松北香格里拉泡酒店、下次還住這裏，出行非常方便。住的很舒服，服務也很貼心，寶寶也超級喜歡，特別是趙月月、張競予、賈欣欣、郝仁傑，還有大廳的禮賓一個和藹可親的叔叔，因為帶着寶寶出行、總是會擔心打擾別人，他們服務都很nice、讓我們可以無憂無慮的度過這段美好時光。

賓客關係主任Annie服務很好，安排房間景色非常好，就是這幾天一直下雨，看不到日落。提前準備好發票，房間贈送水果，非常滿意！ 早餐時間也比較長種類豐富，每位服務人員都能做到有求必應。 下次有機會來哈爾濱還會選擇這裏。

하얼빈의 아름다움을 그대로 느낄수 있는 파노라마식 뷰를 가지고 있는 멋진 호텔이었다. 수영장, 사우나, 버블스파, 이그제큐티브 라운지, 해피아워, 조식뷔페 모두 매우 훌륭했다. 겨울에 또 방문하고싶다.
