Khách sạn Habsburg ở Cáp Nhĩ Tân là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời từ lúc bạn đến cho đến lúc bạn rời đi. Khách sạn có chủ đề châu Âu n*** khi bạn bước vào. Nhân viên lễ tân thân thiện, luôn chào đón bạn khi bạn bước vào và ra. Hầu hết nhân viên đều nói tiếng Anh và luôn sẵn lòng phục vụ cả người dân địa phương và người nước ngoài. Phòng sạch sẽ và rộng rãi, giường thoải mái. Vấn đề duy nhất chúng tôi gặp phải là phòng quá nóng và cố gắng điều chỉnh nhiệt độ trên máy lạnh không hiệu quả nên chúng tôi phải ngủ với cửa sổ mở suốt đêm. Ngoài ra, vào ngày đầu tiên đến, họ có đồ ăn nhẹ miễn phí cũng như phiếu giảm giá để tận hưởng trọn vẹn trải nghiệm trà chiều kiểu Nga cũng như một ly cocktail vào buổi tối tại quầy bar. Khách sạn này đáp ứng mọi mong đợi và là một khách sạn giá cả phải chăng để lưu trú tại Cáp Nhĩ Tân. Vị trí hoàn hảo, nằm gần cáp treo sông Tùng Hoa, phố Trung Dương, nơi bạn có thể thưởng thức đồ ăn đường phố địa phương và gần nhà thờ St Sophia. Chúng tôi cũng thưởng thức bữa trưa và bữa sáng tại khách sạn và dịch vụ thật tuyệt vời, người quản lý Jenny rất nồng nhiệt, thân thiện và chu đáo, đảm bảo chúng tôi được thoải mái và phục vụ chúng tôi tốt. Khách sạn Habsburg chắc chắn là khách sạn tôi muốn giới thiệu khi đến thăm Cáp Nhĩ Tân.

Excellent hotel I highly recommend. The location is close to the Zhongyang street and the songhua river. Is convenient and easy to navigate. The FO Mr. 宫继男 was super professional ,helpful and welcoming. The overall experience of the hotel was very pleasant I would definitely come back in the future.

Jenny provided exceptional service during our visit to the hotel restaurant. She offered great travel recommendations and went above and beyond to look out for my unwell child, checking in regularly and suggesting light meal options. Her warmth and attentiveness made our experience much more comfortable. Thank you, Jenny!

We enjoyed our stay here! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will go out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. The butler even carried our bags across the street. We also like that the hotel is very clean and near to restaurants and the Central Street.  当地风情，设施完善，环境舒适干净，酒店服务特别好，员工见面主动问好，特别是餐厅黄女士贴心周到，介绍周边的游玩攻略，很有耐心。还询问我们休息的好不好？看得出酒店管理很专业很到位！

Hotel provided many bonus add on services , like afternoon tea , welcome drink and snack. Breakfast was very nice buffet style with variety of choice. Many restaurant nearby , hotel come with facilities like billiard/self-laundry/gym.

Stay two nights in this hotel. Service staff is tip top. The room is comfortable and clean. Attrantions were located near the hotel. Highly recommended.

Great experience at this hotel. Staffs are always welcoming. Room is comfortable and has good ambience. Bathroom is nice. Shower pressure is strong. Breakfast has a great variety and quite tasty. Staffs in breakfast hall are very attentive, especially Ms. Air who has a very friendly personality and strong commitment. Location is good, walkable to various attractions and venues. Some very good restaurants are close-by. Morning market is not far from the hotel.

The service of the staff at this hotel is very good. Staff are humble but receptionists can’t speak English. Only one guy whom I guess he is a front office manager, could speak some English. Also breakfast at this hotel is superb! It’s full of varieties of food but mostly Chinese food, not Western food. It’s really impressive for me to have breakfast here. There’s also big shrimps in the buffet line. I have never seen this option from other hotels. The room itself is also spacious. Location of this hotel is perfect, quite close to all main tourist attractions.

At first their service ok, after one night stay changed, the room lighting got problems, after switch off, the light still flashing, I have sleepless for all night, next morning I try to ask for late check out 1 hour at 1pm, that guy not agree, must check out 12pm. I don't give any hotel negative review, this hotel are the first one, sorry you guys are Disappointed me.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Wang, hongzhen from customer service. We left our phone chargers in the hotel room after checkout, Wang, hongzhen helped us to send them back to our hometown.
