Most beautiful beach in Sanya and more, and we travel a lot! Very good hotel, perfect breakfast. We were in 4 hotels in Sanya and this one is the best for sure. We will go there again for sure! Strong recomended! In the morning beach is perfect , cristal wather, just afternoon sea goes down , but it is good anyway. Swiming pool is beautiful also and clean.

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Initially, I was skeptical about visiting China due to some negative hotel reviews I had read. However, this trip completely changed my perspective. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Chelsey Yang was incredibly attentive when my daughter had a splinter in her foot, providing medical care right at the breakfast buffet. My daughter was in so much pain that she wouldn't let me near her, but Chelsey managed to calm her down and treat her effectively. Our butler, Fiona, was always responsive to our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. The photographer captured beautiful photos of our family, creating memories we will cherish forever. The room was immaculate, and with only 200 units at the resort, we enjoyed the beach and restaurants almost entirely to ourselves. The privacy and lack of crowds were a significant plus for us. The kids had a fantastic time at Club Hyatt, participating in various activities such as oil painting, soap making, clay modeling, crab catching, tent making with coconut leaves, and even climbing coconut trees. This allowed us to have much-needed time to ourselves, knowing our children were well taken care of and entertained. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with this resort. The excellent service, clean facilities, and engaging activities for kids made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly vacation in China.

Wow , wow wow, the best 5 star hotel, of my life, i was in many places, and high quality ranking hotel, if you read my comment and just thinking to choose between this park hyatt or an other trust me just take it, i suggest to much that i choose + to parkhyat in my staying in Sanya intercontinental + Mgm, the level of comparison not exist, the park hyat staff amazing, the reception, LUNA , and i will repeat Luna , she assist us the best assitance, bring for us small gift , make us feel the highest level of hospitality, they did for us a surprise it was honneymoon cake ,the pool it great, the architecture amazing . We were on holiday with a 5-year-old child, stayed at this hotel for one week. Very beautiful fundamental buildings with beautiful modern architecture and interior with a hint of the culture of a great country. The level of service corresponding to the hotel with a small minus typical for the whole country associated with the language barrier, mostly the staff does not speak English, a very beautiful bay and beach, but not quite comfortable arrangement of plastic sun loungers with umbrellas does not reach the level of the hotel. The hotel is not new, cosmetic repairs are required, in our presence the replacement of the terrace board in the children's pool area was carried out. A significant disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of the required number of places to eat, on the territory there are only three restaurants Chinese, European and a buffet (where breakfasts are served) with high prices that do not correspond to the quality. We got tired of it very quickly and went to our friends on holiday at the Ritz Hotel for dinner))) special thanks to Eileen who was in touch with us 24 hours and promptly resolved all our issues

Fantastic hotel - easily top 3 in Sanya. Very calm atmosphere and overall design. Being more secluded than the Yalong Bay beach, it’s great for children to swim and snorkel. Great kids club and facilities too!

It’s an exceptional hotel. A lot of space and luxury everywhere. The best beach in Hainan. The Service was also very good. Only the breakfast was not exceptional but it‘s very good as well.

One of the best place for vacation in Sanya, perfect private beach with crystal clean water and white sands. Stunning hotel grounds and caring stuff like Arina 和平 made our stay at the hotel truly fantastic!

During our second stay at the Park Hyatt in Sanya we experienced the same great service, fantastic food, and beautiful surroundings as our first time there. The management team does a wonderful job keeping people happy! Guest Experience Department, my housekeeper Fairy's service is enthusiastic.

One of the best hotels in Sanya!!! During my stay at the hotel, I was extremely impressed with the impeccable service and top-notch maintenance. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and attended to my every need throughout my stay. The room was immaculately clean, and any request I had, whether it was for extra amenities or information about local attractions, was promptly fulfilled with a smile.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and great facilities. It has one of the best beaches in Sanya. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and Daisy who was assigned to take care of us during our stay was excellent and always available to answer any questions.

A location is very good. The beach it’s so clean. And staff are so friendly. Also breakfast is very various and so delicious. I think park hayatt is the best.
