一共衹有20多間房，房間比較大，乾淨衞生。提供飲用水。房東好像就住在旁邊的跨院裏。餐食比較一般，還好，衞生。

After 35 hours of travel from Los Angeles, it was a great relief to see our driver, arranged by York Lodge, at the airport in Harare with a paper with our names on it! The lodge itself is a tranquil oasis in beautifully landscaped grounds, and very quiet. Although my friend and I were delayed, they prepared a late dinner for us which we ate on the verandah, relaxing and enjoying the peace. The rooms were spacious and spotless with good WiFi and all amenities. Breakfast was excellent with both cold and hot choices, and our driver back to the airport arrived right on time. After the stresses and weariness of travel, one night at York Lodge got us ready to go on safari in beautiful Zimbabwe. Highly recommend.

I had two wonderful nights at York Lodge. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the grounds are very tranquil. The food is also very good and the bar well stocked. The staff really make this place feel like a home from home.

It is a beautiful property, very tastefully decorated and well kept, in a lush garden, with two pools. Staff is very attentive, and management is responsive and accommodating. Rooms are big and well furnished and have all the modern amenities. Most rooms have mosquito nets. There are plenty of rooms and sitting areas to have business meetings in. The property provided them free of charge. Breakfast was plentiful. There are a couple of restaurants within a walking distance if you want variety - Ella the Garden and Victoria 22 - as well as grocery store Pick n Pay and a Thai takeout food. I stayed at the lodge for almost three weeks and did not get tired of this place. It was such a delightful experience. Dinner was a little pricey but there are alternatives nearby. Not all rooms are airconditioned but all have fans, and heat was not a problem for me in February.

I stayed at York Lodge for one night en route to Mana Pools at the end of August 2023. This was the perfect place to stay over in Harare, with lovely rooms, great service, yummy food (they service dinner!) and large, lush gardens that attract plenty of birds.

York Lodge is the best accommodation in Harare. The people, the food, the rooms are all 10/10. Always enjoy this peaceful spot when traveling to Harare. Couldn’t recommend more. Looking forward to the next time I’m in Zim and can stay again!

This definitely was a little haven set amongst a city of contrasts. Margot and her team went out of their way to ensure our stay was relaxing, enjoyable and any needs and requests were promptly and efficiently dealt with. The Lodge is set within a lush garden landscape and rooms and common areas are clean and beautifully appointed. The meals were generous, delicious and varied. This was a wonderful base from which to explore Harare and surrounding areas. We would totally recommend York Lodge to anybody making a visit to Harare

This is a little oasis in Harare, wonderfully appointed rooms, comfy beds and mozzie nets, fabulous bathroom and the high point for me was the well looked after gardens with birds such as paradise flycatcher, sunbirds and purple crested turaco being seen and heard easily
