The ladies at the reception are attentive as was the night guard. The bathroom is the tight part as is the reading area. I could use a lot more light and space in those areas. The pinhead shower must be a water conservation issue in Zim! I just don’t get it."

From breakfast, dinner, laundry, transports, wine and drinks, the Willow Lodge is a perfectly lovely atmosphere with a most accommodating Staff. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, clean, with power 100% of the time. If we needed anything, Matt made sure to deliver. Leaving was difficult as my wife and I felt like we were part of the Willow Lodge Family. Their home was ours for 3 glorious weeks! We will return shortly, thank you Matt!!"
